            Nice neat and clean hotel”

            Near Teluk Chempedak beach and also near the riverside. Walking distance and there is a bus stop next to the hotel. Easy access to public transport too.

            I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. It's really great and doesn't feel like a budget hotel at all. The toilet is also beautiful and modern. Very clean. There is a place to perform ablution and even a prayer mat. The price is also cheap. Definitely worth it. The location is also in the middle of town. Close to the mall and restaurants. Will definitely repeat 😊

            All staff are friendly and helpful, room cleanliness is well-maintained, housekeeping offered to tidy up the room even though we haven't checked out yet, facilities are great, free wifi, water heater and electric kettle are provided. Will definitely come back here in the future 👍🏻❤️

            Friendly staff expecially FO staff name haizal(if not mistaken). *Room a bit smells came frm carpet but getting better after switch on the aircon and open the window. Near by Tanjung Api which is have delicious nasi dagang nearby fish market. Very near to Teluk Cempedak and town area.

            It’s not a 5star hotel. Don’t put high expectations. You get what you paid for. For the price, I think everything was just okay. The size of the room was not too small. The bathroom was clean enough. The receptionist was polite and helpful.
