Kovalam Beach Hotel”
This is a nice 3 star hotel about 50 metres walk to the beach and 5 minute stroll to the main beachside cafe district. What impressed me most was the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that made the experience all the more enjoyable.

Overall a nice stay”
Though gone for some work at Thiruvanthapuram, therfore, extended a 2 day visit to kovalam so, just booked a balcony superior room, the room view food & facilities were nice, hardly 50 metres from the hawa beach. The manager at the reception Mr. Anand and Mr. Pranav were very nice, they clicked good pictures and also suugested the restaurants where I can have lunch.

Staff was very welcoming but the room we got was on the 4th floor and the lift was not working. Location is great. You expect more for this price though.

The staff except for one is doesn't know about hospitality. I leave hotel at around 7.30 and come back at night. They said they cannot provide breakfast before 7 30. Then continue to argue. They even charged for the water bottles when we were leaving. Which they shouldn't have as I consumed only 2 bottles for 4 days as they suppose to give 4 bottles. Overall I think they should be more compliant. Wasnt a happy stay. Wouldn't go there again.

Very misleading”
Nice building set in a nice location which could do with a facelift However , Their advertising is misleading, Says they have an Ayurvedic Centre, Does not exist Worst of all; I have never encountered staff as rude as in this hotel, I know that we are in a delicate situation regarding the Covid 19 virus, But within 5 minutes of arriving in this hotel Iwas informed by one of the staff that if they got the virus that they would blame me !!! This from behind his mask ! My breakfast was delivered to me at my bedroom door by staff wearing masks ! Very offensive ! I had booked 7 nights but only stayed 4. Not acceptable behaviour ! Would not recommend this hotel.

Guy at reception name Akhilesh or abhilash.. Can't recollect his name.... Needs to learn some manners and basic hospitality.... U need to make guest comfortable not back answer and insult them... Not acceptable this kind of reception.. AC not working... Towels supply is limited to one person one day...not worth the the money paid... Not basis amenities.... Pathetic.... Homestay are much better

1. Hotel condition is worse 2. AC was not working for both rooms 3. Food Quality is Pathetic and they had served the cold food even when we reach for breakfast early on time 4. No cleanliness and hence we checked out early

The location is awesome !! Beach is just on 5mins walk . truly amazing place where you can hear sound of waves , peacock and other brids from your room. The breakfast and restaurant food was also very good and rates were also reasonable . Good stay with all ammenities and good surrounding nature !!!

The hotel is very near to the small beach but is not situated at the main kovalam beach. Thats why evening time the beach is lonely. the bathrooms need maintenance. Most of the comode facets dont work and the bathrooms are deemly lit. the breakfast spread is small and the empty food trays are not replenished for long.

The only problem is the hotel is located distance from the main beach and other hotels plus it has an electricity problem (powered on generator) which they turn off as soon as most people step out the hotel. Nice place for family, night life does not exist in TRV

100% worst hospitality ”
As per the policy to hotel by agoda, upto 12 years are complimentry without extra bed. This hotel people not willing to give the 8 year child the complimentry. I booked the room for Rs.2579 and they charged me Rs 3445/-. This hotel is not the same as we saw in the websight. Totally cheeting. I strongly requesting all the customers who are planning to stay at kovalam, never ever stay at this hotel. Even i talk with the respective manager of this hotel not even ready to change to a good room.

The room was clean and comfortable, but not as big n spacious. Disappointment during breakfast....most of things were not available at 9:00 am...had to wait for half n hr to get it reprapered after shouting at staff..

very poor. we had booked two sea view rooms thru agoda, but we were given only one sea facing room. no dinnig hall. breakfast only one hour. no room service. hot water limited time. only three staff for entire hotel!!
