Avoid - for now”

Resort has been leased out to new owner and contact nos. was not active. Presently no staff is there except for one person. No cleaning, maintenance, security and any facility of any kind available. Rooms are spacious but smells, washrooms are dirty, no kid proofing on stares, garden. Need lot of improvement and would advise to avoid for now.

The worst travel experience of my life”

I booked for 2 suite rooms through Agoda and paid full amount in advance. When reached the destination, my rooms were not reserved and I was not given any accommodation. I had to spent night on the road in the car with my family and small kids. The property is situated in the dense forest. This is the worst travel experience of my life. There is no reception for this resort. There is no entrance to the resort and I had to enter from the back side jumping over the barriers. There is only one staff and he is not able to manage the customers. Not professional at all. One of the managers is in USA and another is in Mumbai. Both have no idea what is happening in the resort. The manager switched off his mobile when contacted him to complain. Another one asking for 10 people to accommodate into one small room. Not sure if she was in the right state of mind when talked to me like that. They don’t understand anything about the customer experience. No one should book this resort.The worst resort

Pictures are misleading”

Don't go by pictures - this is no more than a lodge. We were so disappointed when we reached there that we had to let o our booking and move into another hotel nearby.
