Good Hospitality but Hotels Rooms Needs 2nd Thought”
We stayed here on New Year Eve and we got mixed experience. The staff the Proactive and helpful, that is what i like about this resort but the rooms are

Worst experience ever!”
I'm not going to recommend this hotel to anyone, not even to my enemies. I got bitten by a spider during the stay and had to pay a visit to a doctor. Entire honeymoon got spoiled because of the uncleaned rooms. ACs were not working as well. After wasting a few hours finding the room, we found a room with functional AC and shower. Pathetic experience. No compensation was provided. The Hotel manager even refused paying fees to the doctor.

Shady rooms and lobbies. Half of the rooms fittings are broken and rooms are smelly. The only best thing about the property, is it’s location. Ill managed property, not worth the money.

Awful facilities. Bathroom shower was missing the knob to turn it on. We had use bucket and a mug. The toilet flush kept getting stuck. Right next to our room was the house keeping station. Their phone (land line) kept ringing all night. (Loud!!!). Even the door handles of the main door was badly installed, my hand got squeezed between the handle and locking knob when I pushed down the handle to open. Enough said...
