Best for couple holiday”
We were there for a holiday from hectic work. Hence, we found it is a very best place to relax since it’s a bit far from town which make it so calm & peaceful. The breakfast also delicious with reasonable price. However, the cafe is located at another building which I think not convenient especially during the rainy days (anyway they also provide umbrella. That’s very good!). Another one that is the most turn off for me is there’s no hand spray bidet in the toilet. They use build in bidet that will shot directly on you! 🥴

Got this at last minute for our Christmas eve stay, and for the price point, really cannot complain about anything. Staff were friendly and helpful, checking in and out was a breeze. Rooms are clean. Location not far from Causeway. As it was a very short stay for just one night, and had to leave early the next morning, we did not get to check the facilities. Overall, we had a good night's stay here and don't mind returning again. Thank you!

exterior looks normal but interior super relaxing!Thanks to the friendly staff upgraded us to a sweet deluxe room and is really very comfortable!The bathroom is big, bed is big, room is big and tv too haha!The only thing is the cafeteria if can add few fan will b great, will feel a lil hot.

Book very last min due to traffic jam in cause that is midnite secure room within 30min every went smooth, room big and clean, breakfast abit boringnot much choice but for the price i pay i still enjoy my stay

First time stayed here at ksl Hotspring resort. Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Huge beds. Hotel cafe is opposite of the Simple swimming pool. Have separated male and female Hotspring pool.. Plus point they have those vending machines for hot beverages. We book this place as it was the closest towards our friends dinner hall.. Need improvement on TV channels.. Hope supermarkets opens up near by this hotel one day.. 😎
