The location, in front of kuantan city bus stand, matches perfectly to discover the surroundings. Very welcoming staff. Nice option to have a break. Toasts, jelly, tea as breakfast. Clean rooms with a/c. Plenty of services : pharmacy, hawker food market, clinics, shops in the same street. Numerous sites of interest can be visited from the guesthouse using rapid kuantan or taxi : beaches, waterfall, river, amusement park, religious monuments, park, museum, the tin mines, the turtle sanctuary☺. The countryside around the town reminds north Brazil (Amazonas). I sincerely recommand it☺

Initially booked for only 1 night, with plans to move to another hotel for the remainder of our stay if this hotel is not satisfying. But after arriving and seeing the room, we decided to extend our stay there for 2 more nights. For the asking price, the room is spacious, clean and everything looks new (maybe because it was only opened in 2013). Car park space will be a problem during the day, but night time is no problem at all. Smack right in the middle of Kuantan, so almost everything is accessible by foot. Room got no window though, but this is not an issue for us. Will definitely stay here again.

The guest house was located in Kuantan city in Bukit Ubi.. The most reason i like about this place is about their parking.. You can park your car under a roof and its very near to your room.. The room is big enough compare to other budjet hotel.. They have wifi for all type of room.. The receptionist was friendly and helpfull too.. So far this is my 3rd time in here and minimum stay is 3 night for each stay because of its affordable and comfortable room.. Overall i am satisfied and happy customers.. 😊

Smell from cigarette always enter our toilet, we didnt smoke. its from another room. already turn on exhaust fan but the smell just wont goes off. One more things, water are always hot. day & night. if left it around 1minute and turn it back on, the water will be cool awhile, and after a couple second, it will turn hot back. Thats so wierd. we didnt on the water heater. Other than that, everthing is good, near town, place to eat, gas station. ok thats all.

Unique platform bed design especially for room with queen mattress. This wooden platform is big and raised high at bed level so that nobody will step on with shoes and dirty it, comfortable for additional mattress to be added. Very recommended for travelers with budget. Location very near to Kuantan city center, parking are ample, the environment is cozy and all basic necessities for a guesthouse are included.

Mr Matthew was very helpful and being very friendly. Our room was clean and nothing to feedback on cleanliness. We will come back again just because of Mr Matthew, with his smile and fantastic customer service and ensure we get the proper service while we staying there. It's best to have your own transport if you were to travel around Kuantan while staying here. Location wise it's located roughly midway to all nearby tourist attractions, with travelling time upwards of 20 minutes by driving, hence having your own transport is essential. However peaceful area and right next door is a supermarket. If you can pay the supermarket an hour's visit you can find surprises too in terms of stocking up for supplies and also getting local snacks for either own munching and/or as a gift. Being a Malaysian, the peanut snack that I bought home was very well received by my parents who both commented it tasted like their childhood memories. Facilities wise everything is very clean and well maintained. No hassle whatsoever if you want to cook your own meals. The verandah is an extra bonus for those who like to chill after a whole day of travelling, extra extra extra brownie points for the absolutely friendly golden retriever.

The room appear small at first (maybe because of the busy wallpaper print), but it was actually kinda spacious. Everything is great, as expected. All necessities are readily provided inside the room including hair dryer, small fridge, water heater, iron and iron board. Free breakfast is great, love the laksa. Location in at the very center between 3 biggest malls in Kuantan, nearest is the newly open Kuantan City Mall, with East Coast Mall behind it and another one Berjaya Mall across the hotel.

i am visiting Kuantan with my 2 colleague. We book 3 rooms. This was the best boutique hotel in Kuantan. Awesome hotel design. Lobby lounge concept for guest waiting area. Room are clean and equip with all necessary amenities and facilities. Awesome breakfast set with 5 variety of choice. Staff are superb friendly,especially Linda & Dila. The management should award them, as they are the main asset for your hotel. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Pleasant and comfortable!I love the sink and mirror outside the bathroom. Location is great if you know Kuantan area very well.Close to teluk cempedak. Not so close to Kuantan city center(not within walking distance for shopping and sightseeing so having transport is a must).If you have transport than it should be no problem. 10 minutes journey to city center due to multiple traffic light in jalan air putih.But if you have non, you can take taxi or rapid kuantan bus no 100(if i'm not mistaken) to and from this hotel.Near to beserah for keropok lekor,mee calong,burger bakar big show,pak su seafood restaurant and pantai batu hitam. The female staff is very friendly and attentive(thank you!!). Towel are washed daily. Wifi is strong at the hallway but very very very poor once you step in to the room.Not sure if same situation applied to other room though. They provide complimentary water bottle. I don't find alcohol brand glass is disturbing though. For muslim there is kiblat direction for you to pray. Bear in mind, this is mainly chinese area, but halal restaurant is located just next to the hotel for quick breakfast.If you want something fancy and inexpensive, you can go to teluk cempedak(about 5 minute drive) for breakfast/lunch/dinner at gerai bawah pokok(if i'm not mistaken) and tanjung lumpur which is only 10 minute drive.

Location: HSK is in Kuantan City Centre and opposite Sungai Kuantan. The location is too good because closed to Masjid Negeri Pahang (cross the road) and also we can find the bank at there. Padang MPK is the famous place to hanging out with family. Attractive Places: Teluk Cempedak, Pantai Sepat, Gambang Water Park Public Transport: We can take the Rapid Bus to attractive places such as Teluk Cempedak (200), Pantai Sepat (401), Gambang Water Park (100) at in front of Masjid Negeri Pahang. Within 1km, we can go to Kuantan River Cruise at Jetty Shahbandar (opposite General Hospital Kuantan), will be able to see the modern skyscraper buildings along with the traditional fishing village settlement. Mall: East Coast Mall (take any bus in front of Masjid Negeri Pahang to Hentian Bandar, drop off at UTC & 3min walk to ECM),Berjaya Megamall (take Rapid bus 200). Food: Can find many seafood restaurant @ Tanjung Lumpur (take Rapid bus 401) / Closed to HSK have 1 cafe (Kula Cake's-less than 2min walk) Staff & Facilities : The staffs very helpful & facilities are good

Pros: Good location near the town and is walking distance to various eating places such as Kuantan Pickers Cafe, Kula Cakes, and the row of stalls behind the hotel (can go through back exit) at Benteng, facing the Kuantan River. There's a playground next door (Laman Teruntum) so it is good for kids. Rooms are clean. The King Bedroom also has a sofa bed so it can fit 3 although a bit tight. Shower's good and toiletries provided. The Single Room I booked also provided sejadah for prayers. Kiblat direction clearly marked on the ceiling. Cons: The towels provided were not entirely clean - there are some dirt/spots on it and smells stale. The King Bedroom did not have mineral water bottles although they were supposed to provide 3 (as per the promo pictures as well). Parking is super super limited (3 cars + 3 more in front of the 7-Eleven next door). You would have to wait it out. But overall, good stay & value for money. Remember to have RM50 handy during check-in for deposit.

We’re here to visit studying son. The hotel is located near to his rented house and poly which is very convenient to us. Away from the huste bustle of Kuantan city but just short drive to restaurants. Leverage Lite offers nice comfy bed, clean linen, fluffy thick pillow, dust free room, clean toilet, good water pressure, HD TV channel, friendly Front Desk, simple facilities but perfect. Value for money too. Will definitely be back!
