Our stay at Galleu Hill resort was overall pleasant as we drove from Delhi over the long weekend. Pros : the rooms are mountain facing and in middle of serene surroundings. The location of resort is fine and connect to Chail, Narkanda and local sight seeing around Kufri-Fagu road. Cons: The rooms are not clean and have low ceilings. we had a tough time after finding a ...
we stayed in this hotel resort for 3 days , location on secluded stretch on kufri chail highway , but the view from the resort is awsome . service was good , resort has good facilities for children . but the bathroom was very small as compared to the room . hotel staff is very courteous . food is ok , one has to depend on resort restaurant as there is no other fooding ...
The Sterling Kufri was a welcome break from a busy travel itinerary. Lovely room and wonderful staff who could not do enough. Would recommend immensely
All was good except that the Hotel didn't receive the Booking Confirmation and Payment on time from your end. And I've to make too many efforts for the same. Second, Why you don't have a call center no. of India, I've have to make International call to contact with you.
Stayed for 3 days in June second week in 2019 with family - wife and 2 kids-6 Yrs and 2 Yrs. Weather was cool and comfortable with rains in 2 of the 3 days. I have heard good things about the wildflower and I experienced it first hand. It is a true five star in hospitality. The outdoor infinity jacuzzi is perfect in the cold weather. we had a pathetic stay.. we booked online through agoda and the staff at tarika had no clue about it. they told us that ur booking is confirmed with agoda not with tarika. they kept us waiting there... and calling their seniors for confirmation. they extract a huge amount for their rooms which are not worth it. room service was very poor, we called thrice bu...
We stayed for one night, we were surprised to hear that our standard rooms were upgraded to royal suit rooms which were exceptional. Facilities, staff, services, food all were fantastic, but the only thing which was little bothering was the food menu had very less choices.
The hotel is located away in a good solitary location away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded touristy areas of Kufri. Staff was very courteous even though the water lines were frozen due to extreme cold, they did their best to arrange for alternatives and made our stay comfortable

It ws a grt experience at tarikas , we had a lot of fun . The kids had ample open n play area , staff n service ws grt n the staff efficient .
