      countryside location, great breakfast

      Chosing a hotel outside Potsdam, it was finally a bit far away and didn't provide anything special. Very much average, in the end not really high value for money but also nothing really to complain about.

      Very nice location in small village town”

      Modern, clean decent-sized room and good hotel facilities

      The hotel is located in a very pleasant town near Berlin. Modern facilities and bedroom was well-appointed and comfortable, large bed. Restaurant facilities are good and decent breakfast. The gym and Spa in the basement is a highlight. Free access to guests including two types of saunas. Ideal place to relax. I would recommend this hotel as a great overnight stopover point for those travelling between major cities in Germany and other western european countries and Poland/CIS countries.

      Reception lady was Rude ”

      Lady at the reception was very rude, we were travelling from overseas and got there 2 hours before check in time, we told her that we know we are early and dont expect the room to be ready but just in case it's ready so we can check in. She was like nope check in time is 2pm, and she was very rude about it, hotel was extremely quite and there was no reason for her to be rude to us. If room wasn't ready she could have just said room isnt ready yet. Not recommending to anyone that place, horrible welcome

      This hotel is not English friendly, the staff are rude and are not helpful. One female member of staff was very nice but the rest were awful.

      Bei Veranstaltungen im Hotel, sind die Zimmer im EG Hofseite eine unglückliche Wahl..”

      Leider hat eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft direkt vor unserem Zimmer (Zimmer EG) gefeiert. Fenster konnte somit nicht geöffnet werden, Die Vorhänge mußten deswegen die ganze Zeit komplett geschlossen bleiben. Die Zimmer selbst sind geräumig, sauber und standardmäßig eingerichtet

      Anreise und Check-in sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Das zimmer war sauber und bequem eingerichtet. Frühstück wurde nicht hinzugebucht, ist aber zu einem fairen Preis buchbar. Für Geschäftsreisen mit kurzem Aufenthalt empfehlenswert.

      Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. ”

      Sehr schönes Hotel, neu renoviert. Zimmer hell, freundlich und sauber. Personal sowohl an Rezeption als auch im Restaurant sowie das Service-Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Leckeres Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant, kreative und ansprechende Gerichte auf der Speisekarte. Toll!!!
