Wonderful hotel in Mitte Berlin”
First of all the hotel was exceptionally clean! And every thing was whole and in good working order. Atmosphere was pleasant and the hotel was in the best spot imaginable for the walks we had planned and took. Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed it, would go back. Breakfast was also, if a bit expensive , very good and had a nice variety. This hotel is a great place to stay.

located in a walking distance from a big ceteral station (S bahn and U bahn stations). great resturans and coffe shops are all around the street and the staff are very nice. very recommended

We stayed here 2 nights. The hotel property was very nice and centrally located. The room was quite nice and comfortable. The staff were good, really professional and helpful. Might sound like an absolute kid, but the chocolate powder kept in the room was too die for. We tried searching for the same in the local supermarkets, but were unable to find it. When we checked with the reception, the kind gentleman informed that the chocolate and coffee was made specifically for the hotel. He realized how much we had liked it and was kind enough to hand over a few more sachets for us to take with us. Really pleasant stay!

This is the perfect place to stay. It is just within the tourist places. The staff are friendly. The place in general is tidy. Fruits, candies and coffee is offered for free for guests. Breakfast is good. Just totally love BERLIN so much.

Just not comfortable for the price”
The good: Breakfast was tasty, but too expensive in my opinion (20EUR). Shower was comfortable, and heating in bathroom was nice. The not so good: Beds were uncomfortable. We booked one double bed and got two singles, then they moved us on the second day.. but anyway, all beds were really uncomfortable and wobbly. Not great in my opinion. Toilet was creaking when you sit on it, room was small and felt cramped for two people. Temperature control in the room didn't seem to work / do much in both rooms we stayed at. Weirdest thing is at 17:00 someone knocked on our door and immediately walked in (without waiting for a response) - then she was surprised we were there and said "uh, was everything ok with the room service?" and walked out quickly. I have no idea why but it made me felt uneasy for the rest of our stay to leave my stuff around.

The rooms are too small. I paid 20 Euros for the breakfast. It is your organization that did not inform me about the paid breakfast.

Nice hotel Good location”
The hotel was clean and adequate. Did not have breakfast in the hotel or use any of the facilities. Near to one of the shopping area in Berlin. Underground/metro and the tram just is less than 5mins walk away. Bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby.

Perfect location for solo traveler ”
This hotel is located in very safe, populated area. As a single female, I found plenty of restaurant areas near hotel. Plus, it's a short distance to Friedrichstrasse which is a main shopping street. That also crosses Under Linden which goes to Brandenberg Gate. The hotel staff is extremely helpful. I asked them to arrange a taxi where the driver would be willing to help me with my bags to the Bain train station. They did this and the driver was fabulous. I appreciate this extra level of service. Highly recommend!

We love this hotel very much during our trip. The room allocated to us were spacious enough. The beds are comfortable. No problem with a short 5 mins walk to the nearest train station. The hotel is modernly designed. :)

Excellent customer service who were very helpful and welcoming which made the experience nice. Excellent location, about 15 minutes walk away from reichstag and close to shops that i wanted to visit and from subway. Room was very clean although you could hear noise from other rooms. Overall i would stay here again!

Not friendly, when we doing the check in, he didn’t told breakfast time & place, no WiFi information, didn’t told where is the elevator....All of things are small details which can deliver the quality of hotel. I didn’t see the hotel deserted 4 starts.

Location was very central and close to most of city attractions.. Room modern and supper clean Staff were professional Room facilities .. shower gel , coffee were not refilled on the second day
