I travel from Klang to Penang and I decided to booked this hotel. Overall, the staff is friendly and the maintain the clearness. There only one Malay girl staff doesn't seem to be welcoming as I said thank you or hi or good night. But there were two another staff (one is male and other one female) they are so welcoming❤️. Very convenient. The terrace one the first floor is best but seems like they won't clean that place dusty. If I ever happened to visit Penang again , will definitely book link hotel❤️❤️❤️

The best budget hotel in Georgetown Penang”
I went with a group of friends without any expectation but was amazed at the cleanliness of the budget hotel. Worth every penny. The room is spotless and well kept. Small but comfortable. I just hope there is a chair in the room, but not a problem because the staff let us use the chair and table on the first floor. The toilet was surprisingly large for a small budget hotel and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are many 24 hours convenience stores nearby. However, there are not many Muslim Friendly restaurants around, it's in the town centre, so it would not be a problem. Except for the parking, which is very hard to get in the afternoon, I would recommend anyone with a budget try this hotel. I will consider again if I am going to Penang.

I booked single room, surprisingly comfy and there's private bathroom inside. Need to hang the tag on the door to request for cleaning. Facilities are good. Location is perfect, near a food court and bus station too in walking distance

This hotel staffs really take into my comments and consideration. Told them I needed a bright room and clean bed I really got one, been repeatedly staying here everytime I was in Penang and it never fails me, very near to the New Lane Street Food Vendor & a few kopitiam nearby and walking distance to the Komtar, and near to Sun Yat Sen Memorial. Highly recommended. This hotel also has a lift and hot & cold water dispenser. Totally satisfied with all I need.

Centrally located, clean & easy access to attractions”
If you are here for the food, you've come to the right place. Right opposite the road is the famous Hong Kong Tea Garden kopitiams which serve one of the best collections of hawker fare. And you all know what I mean when it is Penang Street Food right? Parking, if you are lucky, can be found at the hotel on a first come first served basis. Be aware there are only 4 lots. So pls prepare your own Penang Parking apps and be prepared to hunt for parking lots nearby. Hotel room is decent and clean. Only thing is mine had mold growing on the walls and towels. I suspect if I stayed there longer, I might have found mold on my bedlinen too. Your decision if you are only staying 3 days max. Other than that, bring your own power sockets. There was only 1 in the single room I stayed at. Not enough for all my peripherals to be charged. If you get the back rooms of the hotel, they do warn you that there is no view. So that is good to manage your expectations.

It's a Family Hotel!”
Well, I guess I can't say it's my favorite yet since this is the first hotel I ever stayed in Penang. However, if you want a budget hotel with a tip top service, please choose Link Hotel. Walking distance to food court (main point). At night, you can eat at the food court in front of the hotel and there are plenty of food places to try. The guest service is nice. The security is good. The room is spacious! Really! For a family, it is more than enough. The bathroom is also spacious. I would definitely recommend anyone with family to come and stay here!

Exceptional”
Everything good except no window and if there are other guests who are very noisy on the same floor, you won't be able to get a good rest. Everytime the same floor toilets flush, very prominent sound on the whole floor giving me restless night as I'm a light sleeper. I had a bad experience having a group of family members who talked very loud and woke me up at wee hours in the morning. I hope people are more considerate in this matter. This is a hotel, not your own house.

In Penang is very hard to get a room with window and space. This hotel isn't located in the city center, BUT I got window, spacious room, very friendly hotel staff, shared Terrace where I can eat, work or Chill. The room was very nicely designed, quite and just 20min walking from the city center. It's surrounded by many good restaurants, shops. The wifi was strong enough for working remotely. If I will come back to Penang I will definitely choose this hotel once again, NO doubt.

I love the location before hand, it’s really convenient to food stall,market and to nearest town. For those who love walking in the town, let me tell you, i just walk down to perangin mall, 1st avenue even to bazaar ramadhan within 7- 10mins. You can save your money actually instead pay for grab forth and back from hotel. The staff was so helpful and attentive in giving their hands but still do not put an explicit request or demand over their capability then you’re just fine.. Bythway, i stayed here for more than 5 days after 1 night trial . Massive Thanks

Good hotel with Water Dispenser and Good Location”
I have been to this Hotel for many many times and it never failed me with it's standard. It is clean and I like how they provide water dispenser so we no need to worry where to find hot water and warm/cold water. Location is great too! It has many food courts within walking distance and there is one zap fan (Cai Fan) just in front of the Hotel where many locals dine-in/tapao. Zap fan is very good and I totally love it. just the downside is that this hotel no longer provides parking lots at the Lorong Selamat (the next jalan - with famous Char Koay Teow & oh jien) so you have to park either parking lot or their 2 complimentary parking in front of hotel. I have no complaints and will definitely book again here for my next trip to Penang!

Never been to Link Hotel for along time, but they still got the best service and price. Location is just 1 minute walk from food stalls from macalister road. Love the place and the hotel staff is excellent too. Would certainly book again next time.

Me & my husband stayed for 4 nights, we loved it! Clean & spacious rooms, free hot & cold water refills! The location was fab too, walking distance to everything, lots of restaurants & the shopping mall was cool! I would stay here again if in Penang, it was great vale for money! The staff were all really lovely too!

Can park your own car at the front of the hotel (can fit two car) or at the roadside but considering the hotel is in Georgetown it will probably be full by night. recommended for solo traveller who use public transport or grab. Plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. Hotel exceed my expectations. Will come again 👍👍👍

Have been booking many times, this time took triple bedroom, have no windows and was at the ground floor, not as comfortable as the ones before. Better have ones on the higher level with windows. Location is just superb. Near to all food stalls and stores around at macalister road.

I had to book two times coz I extend my trip and I forgotten to take my deposit which is for the first book and second book😂😂. After like 1 months I remembered tho😂😂🤣🤣. The staff also didn't stop us and we also forgotten😂😂
