Homely stay”
Let's start from check-in, Vicky Desai the manager very quick check-in and he was very helpful with other stuffs. Staff is very polite and good nature. It was quite silent place we were only one to play some music. I cooked there with my partner. Food which we ordered was cheap and tasty. Only washroom was little stinking, once we pore water everywhere it was very clean. Bathtub was working, and water was enough. Overall I'll recommend this place special for family trips or group of friends.

Although the staff was helpful, but no facilities were available. There was a game room where the pool table looked broken, no in house restaurant and to top that outside food wasn't allowed in the premises so you have to forcefully step out.

Haunted house! ”
We decided to stay at this place leaving Velvet County (amazing place) based on the photos the outside looks good. But wait, enter the lobby and rooms...feels.like ur in a ghost house. Positives - nil Negatives - dirty rooms, seems like they haven't maintained it since aggggessss!! They are all sorts of insects in the room, everything smells. The fridge had water leaking inside it with dead flies. The room is intensely humid and the floors remain wet all the time, can't Walk without slippers. There were dead insects as well. The bathroom - ugh! Yuk yuk yuk. The toiled and dead flies...again! The bathtub was dirty. Water flow was terribly slow.. I literally, with a broken heart let go of the amount paid and shifted to a different resort! 1500 gone waste. Although this is very cheap, at least they could've maintained basic cleanliness. I just couldny stand this place. Abosultely terrible! Spend a lil more and go to a better place where at least it's Clean!

As I finalized Room on Agoda with rs 2028/- rupees when we was reached the charge 3000/- rupees, Swimming pool also in maintains, no cleanness, Location is very Good. Earlier indus valley maintained very good, but new management failed to maintaining such a prime location property. No staff nonlaunch facility .at present everything is very Poor.

Only hotel outside view is beautiful but in the room very poor cleaning bed not good it was smelling badly not washed out toilet also have problems in the bathroom no water supply properly

The place was smells like public washrooms. Room was dark and damp. No secondary provision for electricity. Place was way outside of any location nearby. Fortunately staff was kind enough to show us room beforehand. And asked if we would like to stay or not. Immediately decided to find another resort.

Worst experience ever”
Very very bad experience. First of all room were not clean at all, water was not coming in washbasin, and sink. Even after complaining problem did not get solved. All the toilet and bathroom tap were sticky. Bathtub was badly broken and in no situation to use, when I asked about and requested change they said no room is empty where bathtub is proper. No hot water, geyser was not functioning. Running water was not good. Badsheet was also not clean. Wifi was not working. Had worst experience, was planning to stay more but checked out next day. Do not go for it at all.
