It's a value for money hotel and rooms , the rooms are big and spacious, the location was excellent but the sad part is such a good hotel has been badly neglected towards maintenance.the door locks are broken , the paintings are peeling off ,the taps are rusted the intercom is not working etc

The room was clean. The 2 cushion chairs were not in good condition. I could see the cushion inside. I called the reception and wanted a better chair and it was given immediately. I can order coffee or tea from room. I can place order for non-veg only. For veg, I need to go to a nearby restaurant. The room rate was on the high side for the limited facilities offered. There is nothing much except a neat and clean room. Lot of repair work needs to be done in the bathroom, chairs in the room.. One can stay in this hotel with these limitations.

If you expecting a proactive hospitality this may not be a place . It's a decent lodge rather than hotel .. the commode in the hotel was too small, not at all comfortable... If you looking for just a place to stay with no great expectations. Then it's a good place to stay

this hotel is mismanaged with with no checks and the price is very high don understand why . This is not value for this money. Fan not working, intercom not working, staff is very less attentive, you will have to ask 5 times in case of anything missing. dont go for this

Ok OK hotel Pros : Goof location , Budget friendly Ok to stay with Family Cons : No Restaurant, not so clean, Small room , noise comes from outside the room. Better look for other Hotel . Book only if you feel you are getting it at cheaper than other hotel.

Must read before you book”
We are there from 1st Oct 22 to 4th Oct 22. The hotel does not has resturant. House keeping does not come and clean your room everyday. I could spot serpage on the wall. They never change your bed covers and pillow covers. The overhead fan was dirty. Very badly maintained property. They do not care for the guests. Worth hotel Inhave ever seen. Avoid like plague

Totally Unworthy!”
We had to choose this hotel when our preferred hotels were already booked due to our sudden travel plan! For the hefty tariff they are charging, the hotel is totally unworthy, I can say! Front desk staff were absolutely rude and inhospitable, they provided us a small room which was totally different from what we were shown while booking (what we saw was a big room with a balcony and provision to accommodate our kid as well), they charged Rs 900 when we asked for an extra bed, the bathroom fittings were leaking, the free breakfast was not good at all, the intercom did not work, they took almost 30 minutes to deliver a coffee to room, no kettle in room as promised in the booking, and much more! Apart from the only positive thing that the hotel is centrally located in WhiteTown (not even bay view), it was absolutely a waste of money! We will never recommend the hotel to anyone!!

Not value for money”
I travelled during Christmas break for a day and the hotel isn't the best choice for our needs. We paid 6k(incl. tax) but there is almost no service available. There is no restaurent in the hotel. The bathroom taps are leaking and rusty, the mirrors are probably from early 19th century and the room isnt clean. I wouldn't recommend this hotel but only consolation was the friendly staffs
