Really great little flat, shower, bed, location. Reception service is amazing. Its calm and cool. The breakfast croissants are very authentic. The bike renting service for 12e per day is super easy and handy. Apart from there being one TV channel out of 100 in English , bbc news, and even that may be a good thing, really, this place is spotless and best hotel deal I've had for decades

We had a really great time at Lux 11 hotel. It's location is superb, so central but quiet. Our room was spacious, cozy, with a nice balcony, really everything we needed. The design is modern but not overwhelming, and when you step in you feel you have your own privacy. The staff is polite and helpful, and all in all we would gladly return here, just as we loved returning to our room after a full day of action in the great city of Berlin

First time in Berlin, this hotel was situated perfectly to get around the city. Locally it has plenty of restaurants and shops in and around Alexanderplatz, and comutability via Berlin's extensive overground and underground rail systems was easy thanks to the Alexandeeplatz station on the doorstep. The room was tidy, clean and boasted excellent facilities and even its own mini kitchen! The alphabet themed cafe 'Type Hype' below was good for breakfasts as was the Berlin Bun Bakery just round the corner on the same block. Friendly staff, all in all excellent value for money. We would stay again....

It's my second time in Lux Eleven! The hotel is great! Very well located, nearby restos, bars and nice shops! And just some blocks from Alexanderplatz Station, that takes you all over Berlin! The room was quite, designed furniture and with a nice view! There is a small kitchen inside, so we had breakfast by our own. I recommend, no doubt about it! And I am the kind of person very picky and rigorous!

the room was spacey and as expected. we loved the shower and we even had a walk in closet as a size of a small room. we stayed at lux 11 because we wanted a big hotelroom with a sense of luxury at a low cost. the executive suite at lux 11 gave us that. you have all you need for a longer stay, with multiple "rooms" as a small kitchen area, living room, bedroom, and bathroom/shower with separate wc. in summary, this was a modern and well designed 1-room apartment with a hint of luxury at very low price. we enjoyed our stay.

Best shower ever!”
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Lux 11. We stayed in an executive room and it was very spacious. As the title states, the rainfall shower was the best we’ve ever experienced in a hotel(my wife wanted to shower every hour ;)). The bed was very comfy and as a coffee lover, having a nespresso machine in the kitchenette was fantastic! If I had just a couple of criticisms, and they are minor, would be to have the iron and board in the room. You needed to go to the lower level laundry room to iron your clothes. Also, there wasn’t much option as far as English speaking channels on the television. But besides that, overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommended!

Everything quite perfect”
I wouldn't say it's very cheap but then considering all other factors, the hotel is definitely a 5 stars for value for money. Location is very central, not sure about the subway connectivity because I didn't use any of it but it is in fact nested in a very nice diverse area of the Mitte region. Within walking distances to shopping areas, nice restaurants and of course, the museum island. Room very well designed and relatively big and I would say, the overall hotel is very good looking, very chic and more towards the boutique style rather than a normal boring hotel. Staff very polite, helpful and excellent. Will recommend for sure.

Great location/great design”
The staff were helpful at late check in. I asked for a quiet room and was given a beautiful one overlooking a gorgeous green courtyard. I felt as if I was a Berlin resident with my lovely balcony and its two chairs, having my morning coffee. The little kitchen had everything I needed for breakfast and tea. Since I had a bad cold, I cannot tell you how great it was to have a hot water maker in the room. The design of the room was fantastic, with the large shower slightly raised and never any water leaking into the bath area as so often happens in European bathrooms. The coffee shop downstairs is lovely. The location, near the Volksbuhne and Alexanderplatz cannot be beat!

Good Value ... Great Location”
Stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The room was clean, warm and spacious. It would have benefited from a lick of paint here and there but on the whole we were very satisfied. Location was great for visiting museum island and for public transport links. Although the area doesn't have the 'buzz' of Potsdamerplatz, there are lots of eating places within walking distance of the hotel. We really liked the Vietnamese restaurant Madami. The food was superb and, for a capital city, very cheap. Would stay in this hotel and area again. Absolutely love Berlin!

Excellent location and nice, clean rooms”
This is the perfect location for those wanting to explore berlin, it is right next to a main train/tube station, and within walking distance from some of the main tourist attractions. Two stops on the tube north also takes you to the more lively area of prenzlauer berg. Friendly staff and clean rooms - although I would say it is not a 'fully equipped kitchen'... it has a hob, a kettle and one pan...

5 Star! Absolutely LOVED our stay!”
We had a double room apartment during our stay here and the room was absolutely gorgeous! I felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The staff were lovely and there was even a guest lolly station near the reception. Bed was so comfy and the shower was amazing! Wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else on our next trip to Berlin.

I booked this one and I’m so happy I did it had everything you need in this apartment it was lovely I fell in love with it straight away it was situated right where u needed to be it made are trip special as I’d bought him tickets to a concert their to so we didn’t had to go now we’re as alexandaplatz was on are door step with bars restaurant shops trams and trains so you could get to we’re ever you needed from their it’s my first time to Berlin so will definitely book here again staff on the reception are lovely to and the cleaners only are room did only get cleaned once but once we had reception someone was up and it was cleaned and we had a late check out to all in all a fab place to be
