It is NOT a 3 star hotel, don’t fall for it”
I booked 2 family suites for a night. The hotel was not comparable to a 3 star hotel at all. The booking was for 27th December night. There was no heating in the rooms, the bathrooms didn’t have shower partitions. There were plastic doormats in the bathroom which were pretty much useless to wipe your feet once to take bath. The rooms have a weird connectivity for family suites. Only one door key per room was provided for a group of 7. I had to ask reception to start hot water in the morning which took them an hour to provide. No value for money.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the solar water heaters we had installed on our roof. Due to clouds, solar hear could not produce enough hot. However, I can now say that this issue won't reoccur in the future as we have replaced it with an all-electric water heater. Also, those mats in bathrooms are the anti-skid mats. As far as the family suites are concerned, it is really unfortunate that our staff only provided you with a single key, this was definitely a mistake. We believe that our employees are a significant asset to our hotel, this has also been affirmed by many of our guests. I regret to read that this was not your experience, particularly concerning issues you have raised here. We genuinely appreciate your feedback as it encourages us to improve. We booked a family suite and expected something extraordinary but this is what we got: 1. One of the AC was leaking 2. First room's TV was not working, 2nd room had no TV 3. Mattress had yellow stains 4. Door mat absent in 2nd room 5. Electric kettle not working 6. No bottled water 7. Water was becoming burning hot all of a sudden...no control over controlling as there was no geyser. Also water stopped coming at 6am and we had early checkout plans. 8. No staff was reacting to any of our issues. They just said we are sending someone but actually nobody was coming.

The staff of this hotel is very rude. No good facility. Phone and TV not working properly and on asking staff behaved very bad. bathroom was also not upto the mark. As I asked to fix the phone and TV no action has been taken. Hotel owner behaved very bad as my wife went to reception for complaint.

I would like to say that the staff of hotel is very misbehaving. They don't know how to treat guest when they arrive. The reception staff is not ready to listen anything. Secondly food in restaurant is good in taste but service is very very slow
