Excellent place for family vacation/staycation”
I booked 6 deluxe rooms with pool view for us and our friends for 2 days (Dec 23-25). The reception was very accomodating. He was patiently working with me to find rooms that are adjacent or close to each other. He managed to give us very convenient rooms (3 at the GF and 3 at the 2nd floor - with 2 connecting rooms). We were very happy with the rooms provided. These are close to the pool or to the elevator. This was our second stay this Dec. 2020. We were also here last Dec 1 for the National Day and we were so happy with the service that we decided to stay for Christmas celebration. Highly recommended for families or group of friends who are on budget but wanted a very friendly atmosphere. We like the rooms (with balcony at the second floor) and at the ground floor as these are just in front of the pool. The pool was nice not that big but just enough, all of us love the fact that it is a heated pool and our husbands love the pool bar. There is also a tennis court which our husbands love and the gym which we (ladies) love. Breakfast was also your money's worth (included in the room rate), but for the other meals, (lunch & dinner) we ordered from outside (as we are in a group, we decided it is cheaper to order) - though they have in house restaurants. Overall-we are very pleased with everything.

I had a 12 hour layover from 11 PM to 11 AM so I picked Al Mafraq for its proximity to the airport, it’s reasonable rate and it’s amenities. I was not disappointed. I had never been out of the Abu Dhabi Airport before so I needed some extra attention. The Staff and management at This hotel made me so welcome and I felt like they truly appreciated my business. The buffet was good , the grounds and pool area were beautiful and the Gym/spa was open early. I was very impressed with everything including the room which had everything at a vet reasonable price . I am so glad that I didn’t stay at one of the Airport hotels but instead went ten minutes further to this oasis in the desert. Thanks everyone at the Malfraq for everything. Sincerely James

Pros: The staff and service was good. Quick check-in and check-out.. The pool was big and nice, the life guard was very attentive as well. The breakfast is superb. Cons: The outdoor pool has no shade, we tried to request if my 4 y.o son can go inside the ladies pool as it was covered. But the attendant refused my innocent kid who just want to swim and enjoy the water as he cannot bare the heat outside in an early morning around 9-10am. So my son ended up just swimming in our room’s bathtub. Our room has molds in the wall.

New Found Sanctuary”
Im grateful to finally found a place I could stay for a weekend when i want to be away from the noise of the city. It is worth the travel and the price is so affordable. The facilities are great, i had sauna, steamed bath, swam in the pool, had shisha and ate healthy breakfast the next morning! What an experience. The staff are professionals, polite and ready to help promptly. I have recommended Mafraq to my friends and will continously recommend it to anyone because I know this hotel deserves a hype! No Refund/ No rebooking policy ”
The hotel shouldn’t have no refund policy because it’s sounds like a scam. They should atleast let the customer rebook their booking or reservation if they will not let the customer have a full refund. Especially if the customer has a valid reason or proof that they can’t check-in in the hotel on the day that the booked.

Using hotel facilities after check out”
Hello.. our stay was wonderful as we got used to Mafraq Hotel.. we book here everytime we visit AD and you can check how many times we booked under the name of Muataz bleibel or Sali Taha.. This time at our check out we asked the receptionist if we can stay at hotel using the pool but she refused and said at the time of check out you have to leave the hotel.. Go and see other 4 and 5 stars hotel.. this is very normal to stay at hotel after check out till end of the day.. our stay was wonderful but at the end the kids felt sad..
