Nice homestay”
The hotel itself is very nice and cosy, the problem was car park. Now they are renovating the reception so you need to call hitel no so the staff will come to you to give you access to the room.

Strategic location with amazing rooms”
We were pleasantly surprised to see the size of the rooms and beds. More than enough for 4 adults and 3 kids. The facilities were really good. GAMA and KOMTAR is just opposite of the place. Would definitely stay here again. Btw, the person who attended to us during check in was very helpful too.

Room is very spacious and comfortable, staff is friendly and location is very convenient. Maybe due to COVID and short of guest, the maintenance of hotel seems a bit down. One of the aircon is spoilt, the water pipe is leaking. Hopefully the management can look into it. Will stay again for my next visit to Penang.

The unit is spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 wash rooms, kitchenette with induction cooker, microwave, fridge. Cozy living room, 2 units of lcd tv. The unit is a rejuvenated old shophouse located just beside the main road of Magazine street. If you're travelling family with kids, this would be a better deal for you. The only setback to some, you'll need to find a nearby roadside parking spot or a private parking lot. It wasn't a big deal for me though.

In the middle of the town so convenient to all shopping mall, food. The apartment is so comfortable and spacious. Greatly recommended. Only minus point because not elderly friendly due to stairs

Very spacious, private and reasonably priced”
Front door is in front of a busy street but we didn’t have any issues with security or such. Unloading the car though must be done very quick as cars would be honking behind you.

A number of facility problems arose, but staff was good at trying to sort them out, including providing alternative solutions. If you are a light sleeper, opt for the rear bedroom as the front can be noisy at this busy intersection. No reception desk so you will need to call or contact them via their WhatsApp option.

The place is located near komtar..great location but no reception...need to wait for people to come and handover key...bit dissappointed as we have to wait at street walk with all big bags while waiting for them...room was big and clean but no facilities just good for short stay..have to find parking on street by own as hotel no carpark..not recommended for elderly people as have high stairs to reach room..
