I am very satisfied with the staff and management for granting my request of reschedule after my flight was cancelled by the airline. Hotel room is spacious, they have 2 large beds enough for 4 people with really affordable price! The room is clean and the property is in a strategic location. Big room, clean, helpful staff. I paid rm 120 ++ which was very good price for a huge room with 2 queen beds, kitchenette , living room and big balcony. Inhouse Starbucks and convenient store. Car park onsite. They collect rm 200 deposit by credit card pre authorization, only drawback is it takes too long (7 to 14 days) for the pre authorization refund. Prefer if they have option to pay and collect the refundable deposit by cash.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was great and always so welcoming. We had the room with the view of the beautiful sea. Best room in the place and a beautiful morning view (my own bias of course!). We loved that it was within walking distance of lots of great sights and places to eat. If you are ok with climbing some steps to get to your room, it is worth it.

the place is nice. got seaview n city unit. can see sea, sunset from unit and can see the city also at night. the place was quiet. suitable for relaxing. overall everything is nice. but i think ac need to clean a little bit as the dust come out once i on it.

We got the unit that overlooked the city and the sea! It was breathtakingly beautiful. The unit itself was clean but we didn't get any towels during our stay. The place is perfect for adult travellers but will be a nightmare for families with children. The first bed is at the living room/ kitchen and the second bed is at the bedroom with attached balcony. There was a walkingi machine with the unit as well so you can get your laundry done.

Best value for money for a suite in Penang city center. ”
Very affordable rate for 4 adults. A one bedroom studio with 2 queen beds. Beautiful unit with ID and cooking facilities. Towels are provided. U only need to bring your own shower gel and shampoo. Very good aircond unit. Also NEWS outlet at ground floor or Level 1 to buy drinks and many things. For parking, it is easy to park at Level 4.

Studio room, 3 days 2 night”
Overall stay was good. Near to transfer road roti canai, huton lane roti bakar, mee pata hameed. The room is suitable for 3 ppl. If more than that, it is quite crowded. The room smell good, tge water pressure is sooo high, aircond was good. The only cons is the parking space is considerably small. If you drive Alphard, you might reconsider this. Other than smallparking space, ouh and waiting time for elevator turn during peak hour, everything else was extremly good. Spectacular stay indeed!
