Excellent”
It was a nice short staycation. Pool was relatively empty which we enjoyed. Lifts at the center of the hotel therefore had to walk a lot considering we were at one end of the hotel.

3 nights in Marriott Al Forsan”
We have stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The staff were helpful, but my experience with the check in process was not good. One of three rooms was used by the previous client was not cleaned properly. I noticed the daily cleaning is not good as expected. The bed sheet was not clean and I noticed they don't change it if you don't request. Overall is a good hotel for families although I have some observations related to client experience.

Worst accommodation ever !”
1- They are not following safety precautions inside the room, or even basic cleanliness. For example: they refuse to clean our room because the are saying our booking is for one night !! Also, there was unsafe table inside the room which we have injured due to visibility of this item, and unfortunately they have refused to remove it. 2- Very difficult to find some body to help you with your luggages and also for dropping the car. 3- Room quality with furniture was very poor and old.

- staff was really great and very helpfull! They always help you with anything. - big modern hotel, but still quiet and very relaxing atmosphere - enough to do if you have kids. They love the place - big and clean rooms - some people might think it's to far from the city if you like shopping (25 min taxi).

Pleasant place for staycation”
The staf is so polite, friendly and helpful, those in concierge, front desk and even restaurant.. My room was upgraded, it's so cozy, Bed so comfortable to sleep, room was clean, spacious, clean, nice ambient, great room facilities.. in terms of breakfast, too much delicious food selections to enjoy with many styles.. no doubt everyone who stay will enjoy the day staying in the hotel along with all the facilities..

Das Hotel hat meiner Meinung nach die 5 Sterne nicht verdient. Dies vor allem wegen dem Personal. Da sieht man sehr selten ein Lächeln. Ansonsten ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool war leider ziemlich kalt und das ganze Hotel nicht sehr gemütlich. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr gross aber ungemütlich und laut. Das Buffet ist zwar sehr vielfältig aber sehr unübersichtlich an mehreren Orten verteilt. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Das war dann eine Terrasse im 1. OG.
