So far I am satisfied with the friendly staff, the room is very clean and comfortable. Convenient location, there are KFC and Mc Donald nearby, 7 eleven, there are grocery stores and food stalls nearby.

Room is comfortable. Clean room. One of the beautiful hotel among others at the center of Batu Feringghi. Near food stall, atm machine, and McDonalds. Walking distance to beach. Most importantly located at the center of Batu Feringghi.

BEST BUDGET HOTEL IN BATU FERRINGHI ”

My room very cheap around USD10 only but the room was excellent. Only this room not sound proof and no lif. Public parking available in front and back hotel. Staff (Indian boy) he very polite and helpful.

A No Frill Good Budget Stay”

The room is small, only good for sleeping. One of the beds is a bit hard. The hotel has only 3 storeys and has no lift. There is a water dispenser on the first floor. Walking distance to Malay eateries and fast food outlets. Chinese hawker center is also nearby but only open at night. The beach is nearby and adjacent to the Shangri-La Golden Sand beach. There is a public toilet and washroom at the beach for cleaning up.
