lovely hotel, excellent value for money”
The only negative point is the distance from the centre. Of course, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel, but it takes the bus 20 minutes or more to arrive to centre, and if you need to use it everyday it can get expensive. The people overall did not speak English so it was hard to know what type of tickets we needed for the bus. If you have rented a car, this is an excellent hotel to stay at.

Clean and well appointed however, when we arrived the young man couldn't find our booking and needed assistance. She must have been having her dinner and so we were made to wait, that's fine, but she couldn't have been more gruff and unfriendly. We booked the double room without breakfast instead of the twin with breakfast. What we ended up with was twin and no breakfast and then had to pay 10euros for parking as well. As the night staff weren't exactly friendly or accommodating we didn't bother saying anything as the room was clean and that was more important.

Das Doppelzimmer im 4. Stock war zwar klein, aber sehr ordentlich. Ein tolles, neues Bad. Kein Schimmel oder sonstige Dinge, die man oft in Hotels findet. Es war super ruhig, wenn das Fenster geschlossen war. Für 2-3 Nächte kann mann da problemlos unterkommen. Negativ: Der Eingang ist etwas umständlich zu finden. Man muss durch die Parkschranke fahren und kann dann kostenlos 10min Koffer ausladen. Leider steht das nirgends.

Das Frühstück ausreichend, Top! Ich habe mir ins Kühlschrank ein paar Kleinigkeiten deponiert und dort vergessen, weil die Putzfrau mich einfach unter Druck gesetzt hat, raus zu gehen, wobei ich noch vor dem Check out Zeit würde. Das wäre gut intern mit dem Personal zu besprechen.

das Hotel macht von außen keinen guten Eindruck, auch der Pool war nicht besonders einladend. Wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung, deswegen zu Ertragen. Das Bett war viel zu klein, das Zimmer recht dunkel. Das Bad war dafür sehr schön und komfortabel. Der Preis für das Frühstück war nicht angemessen.

Für ein, zwei Übernachtungen in der Region ganz OK, sonst zu weit außerhalb. Da der rote Bonner Bürgermeister das Geld mit vollen Händen rauswierft, gibt es nun für Privatpersonen eine Beherbergungssteuer in Höhe von 5% .

Wir sind mit der Familie (4 Erwachsene) dort für eine Nacht abgestiegen um Verwandtschaft in Bonn an den Feiertagen zu besuchen. Das Hotel liegt nahe aber nicht direkt an der Autobahn und somit sehr ruhig, vor allem am Wochenende. Von dort kommt man mit dem Auto sehr schnell in die Stadt. Die Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren bequem. Personal war freundlich.

ไปเที่ยวเยอรมัน 16 วัน ได้เข้าพัก Mercure หลายสาขาเลย ประทับใจทุกแห่ง ทั้งความสะอาด และความสวยงาม แต่ที่ Bonn แห่งนี้ เป็นคืนสุดท้ายก่อนกลับไทย พนักงานต้อนรับไม่มีรอยยิ้มเลย (ผู้ชาย2คน) สงสัยไม่เคยเจอคนเอเซียเข้าพักมั้ง ขอดูพาสบอตร์ทุกคน อ้างว่าเป็นกฏของที่นี่ ซึ่งพักที่อื่นๆ ทั้ง 15 คืนไม่เห็นเขาขอดูทุกคนเลย เพราะเราจ่ายเงินไปหมดแล้ว จองไว้ 3 ห้อง พักกัน 5 คน ในห้องไม่เห็นมีอะไรให้เลย แม้แต่น้ำเปล่ายังไม่มี แต่ สาขาอื่น มีทั้งกาแฟ ชา น้ำดื่ม บางแห่งมีขนมให้ด้วยเล็กๆ ถือว่าไม่ประทับใจ เฉพาะสาขานี้ละกัน
