Weekend in Potsdam”
We spent a weekend in Potsdam because we had to attend a conference taking place in another hotel in Potsdam which was booked out and would have been more expensive, too. The Mercure was a good choice and we would come again.

It is very close to Potsdam hbf(main station), just 5 min walking or 1 stop bus can reach, the room is clean and comfortable, and there is a shopping mall close to the hotel

good transportation, cold room in winter ”
stayed a full week. good: helpful staff. 10-min from the central Potsdam train station and many buses. room is clean bad: a/c is noisy (up to the level of disturbing sleeping) and yet the room is cold (December), sliding door in bathroom is loose. I had to change a room during my stay because the a/c made alarm-like loud noise in the middle of night. I called to the front desk and they immediately changed the room (it seems the problem of a/c is known and is common for many rooms). 4 stars for staff, 2 stars for facility due to faulty heating.

We had a very short but pleasant stay”
We only needed a hotel to keep our baggages and crash for two hours after a wedding and before heading back to the airport in Berlin. We decided to book this hotel since it's super close to the train station. The staff has been very friendly and allowed us to check in much earlier. We only stayed there for about two hours after a wedding. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. It's a bit small and the bathroom is kind of open. But for us it was just perfect. We would stay there again.

OK size room but next to a busy main road on the edge of Potsdam. No daily housekeeping so bins not emptied and towels not changed. Basic toiletries and no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Klospülung ging nicht. Jeden Morgen stand die Putzfrau im Zimmer weil sie dachte, wir haben schon ausgecheckt. Man muss hier auch erwähnen, dass wegen Corona die Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht werden. Lediglich auf Wunsch. Zimmerschlüssel ging dann auch nicht mehr, da wir ja laut System ausgecheckt waren.

Überaus zuvorkommendes und sehr freundliches Personal! Super Lage für jegliche Unternehmungen. Zimmer sind okay! Leider war meine Matratze durchgelegen, aber der 24 h Hotel-Service tauscht oder ersetzt alles sehr zeitnah. Gutes, umfangreiches Frühstück. Alles gut!

Abgesehen von der etwas abweisenden Architektur (Hochhaus!) und dem zu kleinen Zimmer mit ungünstigem Bad, WC, weil in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Betten, für ein Wochenende ein gutes Hotel, auch wegen der günstigen Lage zur City und zum Hotel. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service! Der Kaffee zum Frühstück müßte besser sein!

Die Lage des Hotels finde ich gut, da ich mit der DB angereist bin, und somit sehr schnell im Hotel war. Die Lage ist absolut gut für alle Unternehmungen, man kommt überall zeitnah hin. Das Hotel ist sauber, supergutes Frühstück, wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Meine Tochter und ich haben fast 2 Stunden das herrliche Bufett genossen.

Aan de rand van de oude binnenstad. Uitstekend bereikbaar, goede gratis veilige parkeergelegheid. 10-15 minuten prettig en eenvoudig lopen tot centrum van het centrum. Fietsenhuur voor bezichtigen van paleizen en parken vlakbij. Luxe kamers. Badjassen en hotelslippers zijn beschikbaar. Mooie omgeving. Goed personeel, niets op aan te merken. We hebben er fijn verbleven. Het hotel is modern, ook van buiten, en detoneert wel ten opzichte van de zorgvuldig gerestaureerde stad.

朝食レストランのトラブル”
朝食込みのプランで宿泊したものの、ウェイターが朝食の伝票を持ってきて、ここにサインしろとつっかかってきた。何度も朝食込みの予約だといっても聞き入れず、サインヒアーとまくし立てる。仕方なく、フロントへ連れていき確認させたところ、納得したが、謝罪もなくニヤニヤ笑っている。どうやら、ルームナンバー違いであったようだ。朝からたいへん不愉快であった。
