The managers, housekeeping and front desk go out of their way to make a great stay. Very warm and professional. The hotel is cleaned well and although feels a little far from the center, is actually a very short cab ride to the heart of town, so I like the location as it is quieter but still central. On my birthday, they even sent a cake to my room and drew a card by hand! I was so touched. I have already stayed on four occasions. There are international news and movie channels in the room and many have bathtubs. The buffet is delicious too and offers world and local Wuhan cuisine. Love this hotel and the people who work there. Special thanks to Bobo who was a big help, and Peter, Stephanie, Cherry and Winnie. My only suggestion is to either create a larger gym as I like to exercise while travelling or repair the machines in the current gym, some of which are broken, and also add more dumbbells with more weights. Overall, terrific stay and will be back!

hotel room provided discrepant with booking room”
I would like to make a complain about the hotel room provided.The room i got is only 36 sq.m and without sofa. This is discrepant with the room i booked in agoda which is Superior 1 King Size Bed Best Unrestricted Rate-RAT(130sq.m with sofa) At the mean time, I was informed by the hotel that they do NOT have this kind of room. I hope that agoda will pay me the refund of this discrepant of rooms.

Good price for this type of facility. The closest metro station is changgang road station abt 10mins walking distance. Room was great. Breakfast was ok.

Conceirge offering great help for their guest”
Location is a problem. Difficult to find food at that area. A big thanks to concierge staff Jason zhu who is extremely helpful to foreigner like me. All day dining restaurant in the hotel is not recommended. I ordered room service beef noodle and dinner but both dissapointed me. The beef noodle is extremely oily and a seafood rice without seafood. The room- they got the fridge locked which i never experience with any hotel before. when i called the frontdesk and asked if can unlocked the fridge the staff question if i will pay my charges personally or under company cost. Too sad may be the local culture affection the hotel has to presume their guest will not pay for the.service they use. I really dont know. If you are driving is okay to stay but if you are foreign traveller doesn't have own transport like me i dont recommend this hotel.to you even the room rate is lower because you gonna spend more on transport and your time.

Really cool view of the city from the higher floors. The rooms were nice and spacious, with a spacious bathroom. I really liked the glass doors for the bathroom. The staff was extremely kind. My friends and I speak can speak some Mandarin, so it helped us out with the staff. They also exchange currency for a good rate.

Nice hotel but location not so good. ”
Is a very nice hotel with big rooms and nice view. All was good except that location wasn't perfect. There are pretty much no shops including convenient stores within walking distance.

Location a bit far from nearest metro changang road. Need to walk abt 10mins. Better take taxi will cost 10Y from the metro. Room was good. Breakfast also good.

Afraid reception man and Taxi”
The taxi from Hotel contact via reception is very massive agressive ,We must paid 300yuan from Hotel to Airport with 18 km. Why the receception do not help me to conclude price before send us to the hell taxi because I cannot speak chineses I go to chinese more than 8 times .I ve never suffer from taxi like this time with Hotel contact .I trust your brand accor hotel but Now it destroy my pleasant experience with hotel service

地下鉄駅から徒歩圏内”
出張のため初めて武漢に訪問。高鉄で漢口駅に到着後、歩いて当ホテルに向かいました。道のりはわかりやすく英語も通じるで困ることはなかったです。ただ便利店が近所にないので、必要な物は駅近くで買ってから行くことをお勧めします。朝食はまあまあ豊富で良かったです。
