Good value hotel”
Would recommend this hotel for this kind of money.Room was not too small and had table with two chairs which was very convienent.The staff was also friendly.Want to thank Deepak who works at the reception who let me stay at the room an extra hour after my bus was canceled.He also helped with new bus booking as well.So very happy with the stay at the Merit hotel.

No tea/coffee maker in the room. TV showing free channels only. All windows having fixed glasses. No ventilation. Intercom not working. Will not recommend to anyone.

I Booked by paying premium price of 1300 1100+ gst need to be paid at hotel , No hot water by default , But staff got the hot water arranged coz i was under premium category , Aalu parata was really good , Well presented , If they mentain cleanliness and Hygine it can be above 4 star

When you will arrive there , they will ask you to pay the taxes even if you had already paid online . But they say that the tax that we pay while online payment is the tax applied by the booking service agency through which we bookedthe hotel ,which results in further paying the taxes which is bullshit.

Rude staff improper information ”
I booked a room for my driver for 2 night including breakfast but when my driver checked in they dint provide any breakfast on the stay . After knowing from my driver about this when I called up hotel they told me there is no break fast included in booking where my booking shows wifi and breakfast included at counter in paid for it after talking to hotel staff on phone she was very much rude and dint have any atticates to talk to customer . If they can't provide breakfast why you people show breakfast included in that .
