stay was value for money”
it is a budget hotel. expectations need to be medium..we stayed for three nights. the room service was good. we requested for extra bathroom towels bed sheets and floor mats as adequate numbers were not provided. they have provided them. Bathrooms are average. but hotwater was available all the time.

complemetary breakfast was not up to the mark. ”
We checked in 9 pm at hotel. While check in hotel people nothing said upto check out.. next day they are informing us to check out before 12 pm. We are much dissatisfied and hotel people's forced us to check out.

Very bad experience. The reception staff was very good and pleasing. Main thing is that its not at all clean when we check in I found the room unclean also few things from the last guest were kept there like empty bottle of soft drink n few other things also I find that there is only one waiter in complete hotel n one cleaning staff. They say breakfast is free but for my surprise after my breakfast one of the staff comes to my room n ask the money for tea which we had with breakfast and when I said that I have free breakfast offered by the hotel when I book he said to me smiling " breakfast is free sir but tea is charged".

The picture of the hotel in the internet belies what we saw when we arrived. It is not very new looking and the rooms looked rather old. Food was ok.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes (by tuktuk) out of town centerat a busy main road. The room was clean, but the hotel is a bit shabby overall

Decent hotel but far from city centre”
We traveled as 5 senior ladies to Pondicherry. Going by the reviews, the hotel seemed to be a good choice. It was, but a bit far from the city centre and markets. The rooms were a good size and fairly comfortable. We booked for an Innova with the Hotel and the service was very good.
