We are regular guests of the H10 group and sadly through no fault of our own we were not able to make our flight, easyJet as a gesture of good will has refunded our flights due to the technical issues that caused us not being able to fly. We contacted Agoda who said that they were happy to ask the hotel if we could just move our booking to another low period date, sadly the hotel declined and we have as I say through no fault of our own but the hotel decided to take a very inflexible view. we are over again twice already the year not including a mother week at H10 Barcelona, I just thought that a regular customer may be offered a bit of flexibility, I was wrong.

El hotel es muy completo. El desayuno excelente y el personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias y nos encantó el show flamenco. La única pega es que para ir al centro tienes que ir en coche o en autobús ya que para ir andando es un buen paseo

Apreciado huésped, Gracias por elegirnos para su estancia y por tomarse el tiempo para evaluarnos. Nos alegramos que le hayan gustado nuestras habitaciones amplias y limpias, así como el desayuno, el personal amable y atento y que en general haya disfrutado de una buena estancia. Nuestro hotel está ubicado en primera línea de playa, con acceso directo a esta y a un tramo de paseo marítimo. Estamos a unos 1,5km del puerto de Estepona con sus bares y restaurantes y a 2,5km del casco antiguo. Para los que no quieran coger coche hay un autobús público que sale a 150m del hotel cada 40 minutos y que se para tanto en el puerto como en el centro entre otros. Alternativamente se pueden alquilar bicis en nuestra recepción, donde también estaremos encantados de llamarle un taxi. Ha sido un placer tenerle con nosotros y esperamos que vuelva a visitarnos pronto. ¡Entre tanto cuídese mucho! Le saludamos todo el equipo H10 Estepona Palace.
Buen hotel a primera linea de mar”
El hotel esta bien, es bastante bonito y en primera linea de mar, la habitación aunque un poco esquinada tiene vistas al mar, el servicio es correcto y el personal amable. En general esta bastante bien para su precio, nuestro viaje era de negocios por un dia y nos quedamos un dia mas porque era muy agradable, por agoda es un 25% mas barato.
