Awesome for long transit”
Worth the money. You do not need to leave the airport. The bed is really comfy, the shower is great! I really recommend this hotel.

We had a 15 hr layover in Frankfurt and we were all very tired. I booked the double room even if it says 1 adult and 1 child. (We are 2 adults and 2 kids) They said i just had to pay extra $30 for 1 adult and the kids were free. The rooms were small but u have everything you need. To sleep for only 8 hrs we were ok with a double bed since i only have a 3yr old and a 5. We fit in the bed. The rooms were very clean and there is a water dispenser in the lobby. There is also a vending machine and a coffee machine but that's about it. I would suggest to buy food before going to the hotel since it is far and on that area there are only 2 cafes. And small stores. And all of the establishments closes at 10pm. All in all we had a good experience in My Cloud.

Good hotel for single travellers or couples ”
Situated in Terminal 1 and so a good transit hotel to rest. If travelling to or from Terminal 2, need to give time to go through immigration and security. Good mattress, pillows, water and hot drink facilities. Very well insulated, no airplane noise heard. Downside: very expensive, shower and toilet are see-through so kids and parent have to look away when other is using the toilet or shower, prepare boarding pass for Terminal 2 and hotel confirmation as need to explain to be allowed in at border control/security, but not difficult as most staff able to communicate in English and very helpful to kids

clearly not worth the cost”
This service is so overpriced, I would never consider it again. It took a very long hike to find it and then they had a long line trying to check in. I overheard it was $45 for one hour...we had reserved a date but only used it for about 6 hours. Much better to try the Hilton Garden Inn and get your Hilton points. Or if you have time, typical airport hotels were less than half the cost. Tiny but highly efficient rooms here. Note, they also have sleep pods in a different place in the airport that are much more convenient.

I needed a place to stay overnight and most hotels were booked due to some Fair in Frankfurt. The price is a bit expensive but I had a wonderful sleep and woke up with a beautiful view out to the airfield. The room is small, but has everything you need and coffee and tea is available foc at the lobby.

Clean and totally soundproof”
I've stayed here twice now during a long layover from Canada. The rooms are comfortable, clean and perfectly soundproofed to allow a good rest. This is a great choice if you need to sleep for a few hours while in transit.

Great location”
A bit pricey. The location is great for onward travelers. Very clean, quiet, safe. There are no restaurants or food outlets near the hotel. The one restaurant within about a 10-15 walk up the concourse, was mediocre at best. And that, along with all the stores close at 8pm. the hotel does have a couple pay vending machines with the usual variety of junk food type items. And a free coffee machine ..

空港野宿も選択肢として考えましたが、冬に入りかかっているフランクフルトならば、安全、安心、快適が3万ちょいで得られるのならば、高めですが妥当かと思います。 ホテル内自販機には、軽食類、飲料類（アルコール含む）があります。また、complimentのコーヒー、紅茶、水（普通と炭酸）があります。

コスパにまったく見合っていない”
トランジット時に利用しました。コロナで入国制限があったため、長時間の乗り継ぎ時にやむを得ず利用。市内であれば同等の料金を支払えば、おそらく良いランクのホテルに泊まることができますが、こちらは値段にまったく見合わない質でした。部屋は常に下水のにおいが充満しており、フロントスタッフも忙しいのかあまり親切ではありませんでした。wifiもとても遅く、2台しか繋げない為、仕事にも支障がでました。ベッドが清潔であったこと、プライベートが保たれていたことだけが幸いでしたが、また使用したいとは思いません。

this is the biggest scam, they take advantage of travellers with no transit visa, same quality or better hotels just outside security check but because they are the only hotel they rip people off.
