Lovely rooms and views / Staffs need to be trained”
This place has some amazing views from the room. Only con is that the hotel needs more professional staffs. The old guy in the reception is a pessimist, anything you ask him he always replies in a negative way. Other than that loved everything about this place hence giving a 5 star.

My booking got cancelled once after I reached the venue. They didn't even update us on this before. I booked a room around 3.8k budget, they allotted me another hotel which was 10 kms away and that too it was rs 2.2k.

The place is mostly crowded and untidy. With the crowd they are getting they are unable to keep it clean. But for its location, they have some good setup. Go only if u get the vintage room and not the heritage room. If u r looking for places to spend with ur family where there is less crowd, then this is not the place for you.

I keep coming back to Mystique Ville every time I visit Ooty. This was our third visit and as much as we wanted to try other places, we finally decided to spend the last 2 days here. That should explain how nice the place is. It's located about 20 kms away from the main city and is the only hotel on the hill. So the location is just great as we can see the whole valley from the hotel. We always stay in the vintage rooms. They have the best views from the rooms. They have heritage rooms also..no views from those rooms though. There is a coffee house with glass walls so we get a full view from there. The food is very tasty. Breakfast is complimentary and the spread is really good. The hotel staff Mr Ramdas, Mr Naresh, Mr Raj and Mr Ramesh are all very helpful. There is Mr Bala who can arrange treks and other activities. We love the fireplace in the room. It's a place you must visit if you love being close to nature.

Beautiful property but awful staff.”
The place is amazing. Superb view. Very well maintained hotel. A must visit for relaxation. But the food is horible. The staff is least bothered about the guest . It seems as if even they have come for a vacation. They ask for your food order in advance and they keep it on the table even before you arrive at the restaurant and no1 comes to check if you need anything. If the management is reading please train or improve your staff cause your property is awesome but because of the staff the stay could be ruined.
