relaxing hotel with good customer service”
The hotel is easy to locate as it is near to the main road and not too far from the ferry terminal if you need to cross over to the other side of the city. The spa facilities within the hotel is excellent and value for money. Good customer service inside the spa.

I was impressed by the relaxing atmosphere of this hotel in the heart of WuHan's culture area. The lobby was charming and my room very clean, well-presented and comfortable. Staff spoke some English and were generally helpful (for instance, pointing out the locations of good restaurants, etc.).

Hotel with nice spa and hot spring”
The room was small and no window. The offer for guest to access the spa was not counted by number of guest per room (we only have 2 persons), but counted number of bed in a room. What a stupid rules, if we are a couple, offcause we stay a double bed room instead of stay twin bed room for honeymoon. So we only get offer for 1 person, another person paid full amount to access the spa.

Very flash entrance with doorman but no help with bags once inside. desk staff limited english but very willing. Room very nice, plenty of room, too many mirrored surfaces, good value, but bed hard. Slow checkout in morning with only one desk person while many others stood around. Limited restaurants in area

guests at the hotel take a back seat to the spa customers and that is readily undestandable when you see the traffic coming through for the spa. room is very small, clean and in an very good location.

Decent hotel with an extensive spa”
Hotel does not take credit cards even though they say they take international credit cards. Make use of the spa, because the entry fee of 89 RMB is waived. There is also a full spread buffett in the spa... employees don't really speak english and not really near many decent restaurants....

Small and hot room, big improvements in hygiene an”
The spa and hotel reception are combined into one.Howerver, too many workers work for Spa section. Only 1-2 worker work for Hotel section. Don't dare to ask about public transporation direction for famous tourist spots at front dest because you would definitely get a "DON'T KNOW" answer. Workers were not so unwilling to call taxi for customers. We reserved 4 twin rooms.All are very small and hot. Air conditioner did not work properly. Even you set the temperature down to 15 degree, room temperature was still 27-28 degree. I saw a big cockroach in front of the reception front desk on check out date.

it appears like a spa centre than a hotel. the staff at the reception counter are very nice, but not at the spa centre. there was stain and dirt marks on the mattress. only had chinese style breakfast, and the tastes of most of the food were only suitable for local people.

the location is ok. not much to eat around. room is not small, lighting is good. it's ok for staying for a few days. if you have heavy luggage then it would be a problem, coz they dont have lift on the ground floor, you need to walk the stairs with luggage to the second floor to take the lift. i havent try the spa service.

I thought about a week whether I should leave this comment, because this will lose them a lot of customers and I felt uncomfortable causing that, but I also thought I need to warn other travelers who's thinking of staying there. They got bugs. At first I thought I got allergies perhaps (although I'm not allergic to anything I know), but then i found stains on the sheets, which apparently is a sign of bugs. I first gave them the benefit of doubt and thought "MAYBE i got it on the plane, when I was coming to China", but after I immediately moved out of the hotel bites disappeared. Had I gotten them on the plane, they would have still be with me, and they're completely gone now (I guess I got lucky then they didn't get into my belongings when I was staying in the hotel. Phew).

Schönes Hotel und freundlicher Service”
Wuhan ist gewaltig groß. Dieser Hotel befindet sich praktisch in Zentrum von Stadtteil Wuchang nicht weit von Bahnhof und Longdistance Bus Station. Direkt vor Hotel ist ein großer Park mit Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie große Pagoda. Zentralplatz von Wuchang ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schönes Hotel und freundlicher Service für guten Preis. Es gibt viele Spa Angebote, die haben wir nicht wegen Zeitmangel benutzt. Frühstuck ist ausreichend essbar, aber ist nicht in Zimmerpreis .

商務房間面積比較細，沒有窗，空調不好，空間小，空氣欠流通，電視機喇叭壞了沒維修，沒有wi-fi，跟宣傳有差距，早餐一般，水菓有壊也擺放出來，沒有檢查，早餐時間太早就關，應延長時間到早上10時才完。
