Although a 4-star hotel, the 3-star holiday inn express next door is better equipped: room is smaller; no kettle, coffee/tea, mugs in the room. It does prove a complimentary bottle of water and is equipped with safety deposit box in the room. It provides bar soap, as well as liquid soap, shampoo and lotion. It provides welcome drinks and cookies in the lobby.

nh Potsdamer Platz isn't big but they have enough things to stay for business. I stayed there 1 week, and there's no problem for bed-making, laundry and breakfast. you can use choose free wifi or speedier wifi for business (charged). Thinking of room charge, I'm satisfied with staying there.

We selected this hotel because its fare was competitive, and we were very impressed by its design and interiors. Our room had adequate dimensions. We appreciated the appropriate storage areas as well as the safety-deposit box and the flat-screen TV with international programming. The shower was impressive, and the bathroom amenities were quite nice. Everything seemed new! All staff members were courteous and efficient. For sightseeing, location is not exactly the very best - but this property still offers relatively easy access to all tourist attractions. For future visits to Berlin, we will be happy to consider this hotel again.

Our stay was fantastic location wise even the staff were helpful . Everything was fantastic except the pillow was very very thin which is bad thing . Another thing there's no refrigator and kettle which are so important

He estado dos veces en el hotel. Estas a 15min de postdamenr plat caminado y 5 minutos mas Brandebur tor. La habitacion es comodo y lo mismo con el año. El precio es muy bueno para berlin. Si vuelvo a berlin volvere.

Tuvimos que alojarnos un día después de lo reservado, llamamos y sin ningún problema, también puedes dejar maletas si se necesita como nosotros el último día. La ubicación es perfecta a 1 parada de Potsdamer Platz y a 2 de puerta de Brandenburg las habitaciones perfectas todos los días gel y champú y toallas limpias la limpieza un 10. Camas y almohadas conodisimas y tele de plasma también con calefacción en la habitación. Recomendable 100%. Cerca también tienes un lidl. El desayuno un poco caro 13€ Por persona del cual no puedo comentar ya que no desayunamos en el hotel. Estancia perfecta😀

Bien, personnel accueillant et disponible, chambre confortable, seul hic au confort dormir dans un kig size avec 2 petites couettes individuelles ... très étrange et vraiment pas idéal!! Par contre il manquait un mini bar et la machine à café ou bouilloire pour un 4 étoiles je trouve cela étrange.

Ruhiges Hotel in super Lage zum Potsdamer Platz”
Das Hotel ist trotz der Nähe zum Potsdamer Platz sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Achtung: die Hoteltiefgarage ist um die Ecke (direkt neben dem Eingang ist die für Fremdparker deutlich teurere Garage des Holiday Inn) und die Hotelgarage ist schnell mal voll. Eventuell bei Bedarf vorher anrufen und nachfragen.

Kundenwünsche trotz Vorabstimmung nicht umgesetzt”
Wir sind mit der Familie angereist und hatten zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht. Ich hatte extra ein paar Tage vorher angerufen und darum gebeten, dass die Zimmer nebeneinander liegen, damit die Kinder uns schnell erreichen, wenn was ist. Laut Auskunft des empfangs am Telefon war das kein problem, ganz im Gegenteil wurde mir gesagt, dass sie die Zimmer bei Familien sowieso immer nebeneinander vergeben. Bei Anreise dann der erste Schock, zwei Zimmer? Ja, so hatten wir sie gebucht. Ach ja, da sind sie. Ein Doppelzimmer in der 2. Etage und das Zweite in der 3. Etage. Von einem Anruf wusste keiner was und es war auch keine Notiz zu meiner Reservierung vorhanden. Dann waren in beiden Zimmern noch jeweils Zustellbetten für eine Dritte Person aufgebaut, wenn uns dies stört, solten wir Bescheid sagen. Der Wunsch diese noch am Abend abzubauen wurde genervt umgesetzt. Insgesamt könnte das Personal freundlicher sein. Keine Begrüßung, wenn Gäste das Hotel betreten, Erst nach Ansprache der Gäste.
