Excellent hotel in a good location”
We stayed in NH Frankfurt Messe for 3 nights and had a great and relaxing holiday in Frankfurt. Location: It is easily accessible with the Messe/Festhall train station just in front of the hotel or the main station, Haupbahnhof is just ~8min walk away. It is not near any eateries (except for the expensive restaurant at Grand Hotel next door) but it is within 5-10 min walk to Sky Plaza, a hugh shopping mall with many international brands for eating (Starbuck, Mac etc) and shopping (H&M, Mango etc) but there is no "real" German restaurant in the mall. Newly renovated: Its so comfortable for the price that we paid! The room was reasonably sized and well designed. Just simply a great room to chill. Even the lounge is funky and cool to hang out with friends. The only problem is the lift which is small and slow. Friendly staff: It is great to be greeted with friendly smiles everytime we passed the reception and the staff even updated us with the weather forecast, knowing that were afraid of the cold!

Enjoyed my stay”
Like I said before, this was my fifth stay at the NH frankfurt messe & I enjoyed every minute of it. The room I stayed in was very clean, spacious & had a lovely view. Special thanx to the staff for being helpful & doing everything possible to make the guest’s stay perfect in every way. Thank you again NH team especially Lisanne, she’s the best manager a hotel could hire. Definitely will stay there again

This was my second stay at the NH messe & won't be the last if I decide to go to Frankfurt .. The location is perfect. Lovely, safe are & it's a walking distance from a lot of places such as the train station & just across the street from skyline plaza, which is a mall with everything you want and need. The staff are very helpful & polite.. The rooms are clean & in good shape

I'm glad I stayed at the NH messe Yes the rooms are a bit small but my room was spacious enough for me (a solo traveler) The room was very clean, in excellent condition & very well lit The location is perfect. Quiet, safe to walk around even at night and within a walking distance from lots of place. It's just across the street from skyline plaza (shopping mall) and about 1 km away from the central station. The staff are amazing & helpful .. They really helped me out during my stay The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I was asked to pay extra 10€ to get an early check in (i was asked during my check in & I arrived at around 9 am which isn't very early. Plus I requested the early check in a month in advance & I stayed in many hotels before, none of them charged me for an early check in) but I paid it anyway coz I wanted to save time & not wait in the lobby for 3 hours Other than that, everything was ok BTW, bring your own slippers & bathrobe coz they're not provided

Great stay”
This was my third stay at the NH Messe & I enjoyed every minute of it :) it’s just a walking distance from the central station and not far from the centre and the other attractions. The staff are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet ! Very kind, polite and helpful. They would go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible, although they gave me a much smaller room than my last stay but it was still enough for me as I travel alone. The room was clean, well lit with a big window that actually opens ! (unlike most other hotels!), the bed was comfortable & By the way, This is a quiet hotel you’ll be able to sleep like a baby :)

This was my fourth stay at the NH messe & I enjoyed every second of it. They gave me the best room in the hotel which was spacious , very clean and with an amazing view ! The location's great, since it's a nice area and you can walk to either the Messe or downtown Frankfurt. The U-bahn is just across the street if you need that kind of transport for example to the main trainstation.

This was my 5th stay at the NH messe in about 2 years & I enjoyed it to the max.. Worth it”
The location was excellent as its near to subway and a shopping mall. Its only a few stops away from Romer. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and neat. Definitely a hotel that I will book again when I visit Frankfurt again.

Fantastic. Great nh hotel and at a great price. Toiletries smelt amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Flat screen tv, wifi in the rooms, when you enter the hotel you get free juices, apple and range of newspapers. Great hotel

Great location near main train station”
Stayed here in June at start of 3 month Europe trip. Arrived in hottest summer and after walking from train station the offer of cold drinks was welcomed. Staff are friendly and helpful. NH hotel room was compact but really great value. Nice and clean with everything we could ask for. Located near main transport making sightseeing easy. Free fruit at reception was a nice touch, one which we have noticed other hotels doing as we journed thru Europe.

Perfect Location”
The hotel is right in front of The Frankfruter Messe, 2 minutes walk Across the street. About 2-3 trem stop to Central Station. Right in front of U station. They provide free pretzel, coffee, or apple around 8am before we go to Messe although we don't book for breakfast. We stay in apartment room, fit for 4 persons.

Great sleep but front desk staff could have been nicer”
The room was really nice and comfy, and I did have a great sleep. The bathroom was very spacious. But the front desk staff could have been nicer. The guy at check in showed that he was not happy to be there and was not very clear in explaining what the additional tax was for. Interestingly, I did not have that experience from the other hotel I stayed at in Frankfurt for this trip. The lady at check out, on the other hand, was very pleasant. Also, the deposit took a long time to be returned to my bank account—longest I've encountered in all my trips. The hotel did not bother reversing the transaction and waited for the authorisation to lapse instead.

Honestly NH Vienna is better than Frankfurt one but NH frankfurt also should be ok! I stayed for a week hotel can fullfill all my request! Surrounding is peaceful and business area! Near u station, bus and tram to go anywhere! Room is not big but enough for two!

It was a wonderful stay. 2 minutes walk to subsway station and 10 minutes walk to the central train station. I went to all sightseeing spots by walking from the hotle. The room was big and spacious equipped with free wifi and kettle to boil water. Will definitely stay in NH again.

The location is good, just a few mins walk from Festhalle/Messe station and 10 mins walk can reach Skyline Plaza (a big mall) The room is nice and staffs are friendly The only one bad thing is the Wifi is really really really slow (below 1Mbps)

Exceptional”
I stayed two nights and It was really wonderful experience. Receptions are really kind and trying to help everything that I asked. Room was really nice also. I chose standard room and It was big enough for two men. And I really love the location too. It took just 10-15min to go to Frankfrut Central station.by walking. Also just 5 min away from the skyline plaza. I really love this place and I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Exceptional”
The hotel was very nice and clean. There were not a lot of restaurants around, except one very nice one across the street. Later we found the "mall" across the street. The location was convenient to the airport and we found out it is also close to the big train station. If you have a car there is limited parking, especially during the weekdays. We got lucky and got one of their 5 spaces in the back for one night and parked on the street for the other. It is also very convenient to travel south to Heidelberg if you are looking to do a day trip. That worked out very well. It is also very close to Rudesheim on the Rhine River. The area of the city is very much a downtown feel.
