Exceptional”
I stayed in a double bed suite with a sea view for the weekend. First of all, I want to talk about the facilities. Nolis has a convenient car park, or I could park on the street. The room rate is slightly lower than other hotels, but the sea view is beautiful for watching the sunrise. The room is equipped with a TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning, all of which work well. The bathroom has a bathtub for enjoying hot water. There is a small swimming pool on the rooftop, suitable for families with children to play, but not highly recommended for couples. The hotel also has a breakfast buffet, but I didn't use it because my spouse and I prefer to live and eat like locals in VT.

I booked on Agoda for the first time and was a bit worried that my booking might not be successful. But on the day of check-in, the staff was very friendly and since there were available rooms, they upgraded my room and informed me in advance that there would be additional charges if I stayed longer. The swimming pool was clean and we had a great time with my family. The hotel is also conveniently located near the beach, so it was easy to go for a swim.

Everything was great here, especially the bed was super comfortable. Location is good with lots of food and shops around. Clean room and friendly staff. However, the pool was quite small to me but good view from the top pool with bar.

1. Location: perfect, the beach is across the street. Circle K on the left & right, just few steps away. 2. Cleanliness: Great. The toilet was a bit watery but okay, not a big prob. Bathtub looks clean & nice. 3. Room: It's just as in pictures, very nice & good values of money. The wall is a bit thin (I can hear the room next door watching TV - or maybe their volume was too loud). 4. Bath: Nice strong hot water but I had to wait around 3-5mins for hot water. Whenever I turned it off, need to wait for 1min for it to turn hot again. The shower faucet is hung too low, need to sit down to hold it high all the time. 5. Parking: Nice spacious basement. You can rent motorbike here as well, 150k/day.

Great location, just few steps to reach a beach in the opposite side of the hotel. Worth value for 3 stars hotel. Do not expect more. Room was clean with sufficient basic facilities. Better if they can provide coffee or tea bag in room. Some staff may not friendly at all but supportive. Breakfast had limited choices but acceptable taste

Pro: location, staff very helping, clean beach better than other places upper street, nice room, Kmart 2 min., ask for room with see view is better, roof top swimming pool and coffe a plus for nice view. Cons: very bad breakfast closed at 9 AM ( no variety, staff not helpful or smile ), very quiet section of Vung Tau no restaurants value added or coffee shops, needs taxi to go around

Not Bad But Could Be Better”
This place has everything but just misses the mark on every front. Such a shame. If this hotel had a manager with an eye for detail, it would easily be a 5 Star recommendation. Rooms are good, but silly thinks like the soap dispenser is empty, the knob on the shower selector is not screwed on properly so falls off when first used, the door seal is hanging off the frame. All 2 minute jobs but ignored 🤔 Rooftop bar has a great view, nicely proportioned, but the menu is lackluster, the cocktails poor and the staff not particularly well trained or customer focused. As I said, could be phenomenal, but just missed the mark.

I had a great time at Nolis Hotel and I can only recommend it. Staff was really nice and helpful, facilities were clean and modern and the rooftop swimming pool is simply marvelous. The room was well-equipped and the view to the sea is fantastic.

Acceptable room, very bad breakfast ”
We came to Vung Tau during the low season that everywhere was super quiet. Got the room on the highest floor with stunning sea view. Room was okay, clean and comfortable but a little bit too small to be a suite. Bath-tube was tiny. The thing that I like the most about this hotel was the rooftop bar/pool. Maybe because we came during low season so there were only us swimming. The view was amazing though the drinks were not pricy at all. The only disappointment was our breakfast: poor and messy. Basic rice and noodles, juice tasted like vitC dissolving tablet, dirty tables,... We had to go out to eat breakfast somewhere else on the second day.
