Hotel has a luxury and thoughtful setup in rooms. Honeywell AC is noiseless and efficient...suite is excellent. room service is uptomark. Food is yummy, square restaurant is welcoming. Niyas was helpful at the food counter.

Nice hotel for travellers to South Chennai. All staffs are very polite and courteous. Only one bad experience about rental taxi which is not related to hotel. Actually one of the front desk staff helped to book the taxi for mahabalipuram and kanchipuram tour at Rs 4000/- but the travel agent demanded 6500/- after completing the tour and argued that he has told Rs 4000/- only for mahabalipuram. So before booking be clear about price.. Hotel is Nalla👍

I ordered 2 mutton briyani for lunch it took 45 mins to reach my room. at that time all my hunger gone away drinking water they take too much time to deliver anything that you request except bills. Come to the Taste the Sweet lemon soda was fantastic i really liked the blend and taste. But, Mutton briyani taste awful that i thought it was not even a mutton in the dish.. It tastes so raw, no spices nothing..... The mutton pieces seems very old that it was taken out and cooked. They way the food taste is not at all good... Plz change the person who had messing with the food which in turn degrades your reputation.

The Novotel is a nice property, if a little pricey considering the area. The rooms are average sized, but there was a peculiar smell (like chlorine) in the hall.
