Nice hotel”

Stayed here for one night. Staff very helpful and professional. Room was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was 14 euros extra per person but worked nicely since we had an early departure. Hotel was very close to many restaurants, shops and museums. Would recommend and come again.

Family Holiday ”

Family friendly hotel. Some staff are friendly and helpful. Near to the city center but we find it quite far from the beach especially if you have young kids. Breakfast was ok. We have ordered dinner from the hotel menu, the noodles was in the (main) but the size is like the starter. Over all it was ok, our room has better view of the city which I asked during the booking.

A good choice but the breakfast is not superb”

The location is good. It can access the old town and the train/bus station within 15 mins. The room is spacious that we spent two nights comfortably. The staff are super nice all the time. However, it is not good that the room does not provide free water for us. Also, I don’t like the breakfast of the Novotel in Spain. I have stayed in few Novotel hotels in Spain. There are not much choice for breakfast and the quality of the food is not too high as well

The suites are large and airy. Bathroom includes both bath and shower and there is a separate toilet. Breakfast is between E5 and E15. We just had coffee and croissants which was only E5 - Good value. The location is excellent, close to the narket and main streets. Thoroughly recommended.

Convenient”

Clean, accommodating hotel with friendly staff. Worked perfect for us during a brief visit to Spain. We will be back to Málaga and will surely stay here due to location and the ease of parking under the facility. Great value for the money!!

Not a 4 star hotel”

Hotel room size is good, and walking distance to center. Other then that, I would think the facilities are lacking. We checked in and was told that the aircon was down, have to sleep with windows open for our stay, which can be noisy even at night. No housekeeping at night as we were told the staff was gone for the day, that was 10 plus at nite. We have to go down to lobby to get a box of tissue paper and an extra pillow. This first time I encounter such hotel service. Maybe a stay next door at Ibis will be better.

Exceptional”

We found the room to be very practically designed and functional. It was spacious and had most amenities. Breakfast had ample choice and the breakfast room was well laid out. Overall, it was a most positive experience for both of us.

Satisfactory....but”

Located within 10 minute walk to Malaga's city center and 20 minutes from the beach. Room was ok but toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom.

Rude ”

Hi I just check in hotel and I am not happy with check in service. I asked 2 single beds and higher floor but didn’t get any of this two, when I looked for hotel I choose this one because of two single beds, now I am so disappointed, my check in service was not welcoming, quit rude . Now I feel disappointed and my stay is les happy. In your system it is showing there is 2 beds but actually they don’t have.

Breakfast lousy, room big but of very cheap quality. Location about 10 mins walk to the centre but very ugly Neighbor hood

Cozy and great location”

It's located at the center close to everything. Hotel staff are ok. There's no room service, everything is self service. They clean the rooms well. The WC is oddly small next to the entrance but it didn't bother me.

Super Tage ”

Wir würden alle empfehlen, sehr viel Platz und alles stimmt, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit als ich das Portemonnaie mit viel Geld im Parkhaus verloren habe. Super 👍 und gracias.

Dit is niet de Novotel die Ik ken”

1 bediende aan incheck balie. Ik verwittigde dat ik op het middag uur zou aankomen. Ze stuurde me terug de deur uit tot 14:00u. Ik vroeg kamer hoog verdiep en kreeg op eerste verdiep een kamer. Ik vroeg mooi zicht en kreeg kreeg kamer op binnenkoertje. Geen stukje zeep of shampoo te vinden, alleen enkele lege liquide dispensers. Laat staan een kam, tandenborstel of scheerherei. Frigo werkte niet (bij 35'c). Geen drinkbaar water in kamer, zelfs geen klein flesje, nooit ergens ter wereld gezien, Ibis toestanden bij Novotel ! Tot men spijt had ik vooruit betaald voor enkele dagen, en heb het hotel verlaten na 1 nacht.

旧市街まで徒歩５－６分で、大聖堂までも１０分くらい。ホテルの隣がコルテイングレスデパートがあり、２１時まで空いているので買い物に便利。地下にはスーパーがある。空港まではタクシーで１５分くらい。 朝食バイキングは、種類が少なくて温かいものがなかったのが残念。部屋のアメニティーは豊富でよかった。

駅からは近くはないが、２つのショッピングモールが近くにあり不自由なくすごせる。 街にも近い。 部屋は文句がなく快適に過ごせる。 朝食も満足だった
