It was a comfortable stay in this hotel. We've stayed in Novum for 4 nights and we had early check-in on the first day (how lucky we were!) The place is so clean! As there's no air conditioners in the accommodation, it is a little bit hot at night in the summer. We opened all the windows so it would not be that hot while sleeping. But some flies would get in through the windows instead. If you are afraid of the small insects, you may request for a room on higher floor (we stayed on 2nd floor). There are a lot of restaurants, stores and supermarkets nearby. Moreover, the metro station is just next to the hotel (how convenient!) I think it's a good choice to stay in this hotel when you visit Berlin.

Great rooms for big groups”
We were a group of five and had one of their spacious family rooms which overlooks the city in three directions. Good quality beds, facilities, windows you can open by yourself and even a big balcony made this a very pleasant stay. Free WiFi and coffee&tea are offered. Just next to the metro station Bülowstr. (U2) and easily walking distance from Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburg Gate.

Strange rooms, but nice place to be”
The place is at a good location, and staff are as friendly as they can be. The building and its state itself is what you would expect of a German house: quiet, modern and clean, and the mattress was really good. The only somewhat strange thing was the room I got - it was supposed to be a standard double, but I got a huge family room with four different beds, and I had to put two together for a double-bed configuration (note however, that many German hotels have two separate mattresses with a crack in the middle and separate beddings, just as in private homes). There was a blocked door which went out onto the corridor with the lifts, which means that you will hear some stuff. Otherwise quiet and comfy though. Very affordable.

Clean convenient hotel for you travel”
Hotel is just across a U2 station and a short walk from U1 and U3 station. There are many eateries nearby and a Edeka supermart just opposite the hotel. We booked a 3-person room and 2-person room. The rooms were basic but clean and of comfortable size. There is a smell in the lobby while we were there, fortunately the rooms were ok. We will definitely consider booking the same hotel again.

Very convenience, great location”
Close to U-bahn station, take U2 can go to Central of Berlin. Room is large, but lifts is not stable. Staff is very helpful when I request hot water and provide in efficient manner.

Really close to the U-bahn station and easy to access to any attraction in Berlin. Halal food is easy to get since Turkish restaurant and shops it's just in front of the hotel.

Awesome room. Wonderful bathroom. But they did not do a good job of cleaning. There was clothes under all the beds. Alot alot of dust and stuff from other guests. I would still wanna stay here again.

Superb location”
For a 3 stars hotel it is weird that they do not have a kettle in the room (although it does not indicate that they have but kettle is essential, and they do not have mini fridge as well). Shower curtain is too short that it did not manage to block the water. Location wise it is excellent located, near to 2 u Bahn stations. Many eateries and rewe city (supermarket) and rossmann (chemist store) at short walking distance. Winterfeldplatz market is about 500m away. Housekeeping staffs are awesome (Y)!

The hotel is very good located (bus in front and train station next to it). The staff was okay - not extremely friendly and the only down thing was the lighting in the room - the room was very dark at night - even when the lights were on.

Big room, quiet but... WIFI is terrible”
The WIFI here is the worst I've ever had in ANY hotel. It's so weak that most times, you can't get online at all. I had to spend money to buy 10 GB of data on my phone, just to be able to even work. It's a nightmare.
