Such a nice receptionist”
Good customer service, clean a room, good breakfast, nice location. The noise from the road didn’t bother us at all. It was a little bit hot in summer season but it was ok in the night. The most impression of hotel is nice receptionist. I love talking with him and anytime you ask or need help he try to help us. Spent 3 days in this hotel, I have good memories

We had a great time at the hotel. Location is just next to the train station. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nearby to Halal restaurant. We will definitely stay at Novum Hotel Continental Frankfurt.

Their rooms are big, cleans the room everyday. The old man in the reception is a snob. Theyre at fault because my name became my last name and he told me that I dont have a reservation and to go away. Its a good thing I have my screen shot of my reservation from agoda on my mobile phone.

We are always pleased to return here because the hotel is literally across the street from the central train station. Particularly in an area that sometimes does not have the very best reputation, convenience and proximity are a big help. We find that most attractions are within relatively easy access on foot or public transportation. As a budget property, this hotel regularly offers competitive prices. Our standard room was a bit compact in size. The closet had adequate space for the small amount of baggage that we had, and we used the safety-deposit box as well as the flat-screen TV. We liked the pillows and lighting arrangement. All staff members at reception were fluent in English and professionally efficient in their activities. We were happy with our choice and would look forward to returning!

Close to Frankfurt Main station. The shopping center is just a few meters away. Building is old but room is huge and clean. Lift didn’t work at one point but we are healthy enough to use stairs . We stayed for 2 nights.

We happened to in Frankfurt during a gruesome heat wave, in this instance alone I would not recommend this hotel - it's on a busy street so even if you do get a bit of a breeze, you'll also get all the noise. Otherwise, the location is super close to the bus station, train station and metro stations - def easy to get around.

I made a mistake in the booking. Although i know that there is no cancellation i have informed them about the mistake right after booking. We stayed 2 nights but paid for 3 days as they dis not honor my request for refund and worse they charged me tax for 3 days.

It was a good and clean enough hotel. Near the main town but away from the Red light district. For families and people who would like a place to sleep/rest but are not looking for a luxurious place. Breakfast was good. The only issue is the constant noise caused by the trams but that shouldn't be a problem unless you have a very light sleep.

Good : The hotel is conveniently located. Easy access by transport and by walk. Breakfast was good. Bad : It’s very noisy with traffic and trains and trams. We could not sleep well.

A good place to stay 1-2 nights”
The Hotel is situated near train central station, you have plenty of cafe shops and restaurants just 2minutes by walk. Oreillys pub just around the corner with super quality irish beer. We had visited Prolight and Sound Exibition, so we need 1 stop via U and 2stops via S, its 5-7 minutes. One of the problems are trams, if you sleep sensitively you gonna wake up every time tram is comming ) The breakfast were also good 10e per person. A good place to stay 1-2 nights.

Hotel whose greatest value is the central location and very close to the main railway station of the city, also pleasant furnishings of the entire structure. Good cleaning of the rooms, not really large spaces and not always the maximum availability of the staff.
