We checked in pretty late and found that there had been a misunderstanding about the rooms. The hotel manager Mr. Gülü was quick to help and found a good solution for us. Overall it was a great experience and Mr. Gülü and the receptionist covering the night time provided a great experience with a very high service level!

I had very little to zero expectations at all because of all the negative reviews I have read before finally booking this hotel but surprisingly I did like my 2 nights stay here. Of course there were still issues similar to the other reviews. The floor and the shelves were dusty, as in visible dusts are seen, I had to wipe them myself because it could trigger my rhinitis. The Nespresso machine wasn't working and for the entire duration of my stay, housekeeping didn't clean the room nor even removed the trash or replenished the toiletries. Location was great for me, 5 mins walk to the S/U line and 4 stops away from main attractions and shopping district.

Very good hotel and well maintained. The only con I faced was the front desk staff(a guy) was very unhelpful, every question asked was a mere no answer or just negative answers. Even directed me to a place which was not the tourist office rather then saying he doesn’t know and save me the hassle. Not much choice on the breakfast.

Everything is good but”
The hotel itself is excellent: brand new, clean, modern, with a big room and worth the price we paid. Our problem was with the staff and the manager. We had a problem with the door of the shower. A piece of rubber that was not sealing the water coming through the doors and inundating the bathroom floor since day one. We reported the problem, and instead of believing us through the videos we recorded, they preferred to make jokes about us in german, and did not repair it at all. The manager went to our room twice, but he did not understand English, nor how a shower door works. So basically, every day, I had to use 2 extra towels on the floor, to be in a decent place. They could have believed us on the 1st day and fixed it, but they preferred to laugh at us and don't do anything. One day before our check out I went to the reception and asked the same guy "Frank", that was laughing at us on the 1st day with the bathroom problem, and asked if we could check out later, who said that was fine and there would not be a problem at all. He even took a note and promised us that would put that on their system saying: "We are Berlin, we definitely can do that." Luckily I did not believe him, and on the day of our checkout I tried to confirm the information and they denied it, saying Frank cannot take a decision like that. So, in summary, I believe it is a very good hotel if you are lucky and need nothing from the staff. It is a shame that such a nice hotel like that is being managed in this way. I liked the structure and the location, and I want to come back next year, but I hope the staff improves.

Although the rooms are very nice, the hotel is significantly understaffed. Service provided is by staff (only 1 person during day and night) likely under the age of 20. Although age should not matter, I would assume these people are not trained well enough and must have very limited experience from the industry. Most likely the owners would need to keep the costs down to make this place profitable. The gym facilities will cost you €15 each time (this is not mentioned at their website!!!). Breakfast is in order, no complaints there. We changed room twice due to leakage of the air conditioning system in the room.

Only one staff in fount desk working. I stayed three nights always have line up. we are stay two peoples room only one set of towel. wifi is very slow. Room card need reactivate everyday when I return, the elevator locked room locked, you need to line up to found desk ask the staff reactivate the card, but the staff will no response when they working with other until finished. Used cup without change or wash. Three days only one set of washing detergent. Garbage bin is not cleared up every day.

Staff were not very friendly and there’s no signs to hang to indicate no room cleaning required. The house keeping would just come into the room. The fitness Center and sauna were also not available for use..

Only in the name it is a 5 star hotel. Nothing can rate for 5 star. Location is good. train stations are nearby. Services are 3 star level Facilities are 4 star level. Breakfast 3 star level. Staff 3 star level.

The hotel is new, and I checked in at 19:30. When I arrived at my hotel room, I noticed that the tissue box and toilet paper roll had already been used and were not replaced with new ones. I went down to the front desk to request a tissue box, but the receptionist informed me that they were out of stock and that I would have to wait until tomorrow morning to receive a new one.
