Great resort with large pool and private beach”
Very friendly staff, good location with private beach and a large swimming pool. Food was okay. Do try their potato cheese balls they were delicious. Everything else was good.

Don't waste your money for this property”
This place is absolutely pathetic.. Staff is very rude.. They have full fledged construction activity going on which creates huge noise throughout day.. But hotel staff does not care about customer's holidays.. They shamelessly say that we can not do anything about noise. No tv in the room,food is tasteless, cockroach in bathroom Pool looks good in photo only, in reality they don't even clean the pool. Street dogs move around this pool. Drink water from the pool. We also saw toilet done by dogs in the pool area.. But staff just removed pottie and did not care to replace or chlorinate water. This place ruined our holiday completely.. I have traveled to more than 50 domestic and international tourist destinations but never ever experienced such a bad hospitality from any hotel. Lady Hotel manager is altogether in different world it seems. She feels customer are staying for free and they don't have any right to ask for deserved service. how can this hotel has kept such an inefficient manager to manage their business... If you don't want to waste your money then look for another property in havlock. I would rate this property in negative ratings, if given the choice.

Not considerate during difficult times”
Had to cancel my reservation at last minute due to unforeseen emergency. Hotel was not willing to waive off cancellation charges even after providing paperwork for reason of cancellation. I understand they are running a business, but I expected them to be bit considerate for tourists. While other hotels on my itenerary willingly waived of cancellation charges, this hotel is not so flexible. Something they should think and consider in future during this pandemic times.
