Prime Location, at Teluk Nipah, walk 3 steps to the beach”
It's super close to beach area. Alot of stall for food around. They serve breakfast for RM10 per person, but need inform earlier, a day ahead. Stay is good. But mostly u can hear people walking outside as the room are very close to each other. The room it self was nice pleasant, aircond is cold. There is only 3 channels available, but it's okay, since we did not watch tv much. Coral beach is 5 minutes away by bike. Take SF surfing package just RM60 for 2 person for snorkelling and 4 island hopping.

Near beach”
Location is good. Very near to beach like 2 minutes walk. We book 2 different rooms for 2 nights and the Owner upgraded us to be in 1 room so we dont have to move. Room is okay but my room got leaking ceiling and it was raining so the bed got soaked. Minor problem really. Toilet is clean. Bedsheet got stain.

Staff very friendly, all was perfect. Clean, good room with good aircon + kettle + fridge. We had room at first floor with balcony. The street is quiet at night, but just a few steps to restaurant area and beach.

Good budget place to stay near beach”
Super close to the beach and a few places to eat etc. The lady who works there is really nice and helpful and the place has a nice relaxed vibe. The room is small and cosy and has a little area to sit outside.

The location very near to the beach. Hotel area is clean. Room is clean. But the freezer in my room and others 2 room not cool at all. The rest is okay. Worth the money. Recommended to those find the budget hotel but comfortable to stay.

Cheaper option than everywhere but still is comfortable. This chalet's location is near the beach. A reasonable distance to walk. Only 3 properties away from main road which is situated by the beach. Cleanliness overall is good except for one of the sink have some spots. Chalet have many beautiful spots for you to take nice OOTD selfie. I love it. The female owner is warm and friendly and always smile but the male owner, not so much. He rarely smile and have not friendly vibe.
