To start with, the walkway was dark in the afternoon. The key switch was dangerously broken with electric cables exposed. We were not been properly oriented with AC switch, Gyzer switch etc. Glasses kept were wery dirty (as if kept unwashed). No wiping towel in the rainy season. Telephone extension was not working. Morning they start taking service from 8:30 onwards, so if you need tea early in the morning, u need to go travel down the main road 1.5 km walking as there ia no conveyance. Worst ..when we asked for breakfast (imcluded in our package) they said its excluded without even cross checking.. Later when we showed them multiple evidences they realized their miatake and offered the free breakfast.

Very dirty and unhygienic”
The room was very dirty full of dust with a very unusual smell. The bathroom was very dirty and smelly. Cleanliness not maintained, broken sink, faucet. The tea cups, jars, glasses and plates they provided was very dirty with black mould. No lift, and they don't even help with the luggage. I stayed for 2 days but kept asking money for food as if we are going to run without paying. They only take cash payment, they do not take card payment. The only thing which was good, honestly, was food that too I think they provide from Namak restaurant just next to the hotel.
