        Good large rooms with all the facilities promised by hotel were fulfilled. Condition of bathroom is excellent. Staffs Ravi, Shivam and Abhishek takes atmost care for their guest which is the highlight of this property more than anything. Sometimes properties ll be good but without good staff the experience becomes horrible. After hoping to multiple hotels around the city, this place stole my heart. Thanks to the team for making my stay the best, comfortable and memorable one. I would definitely recommend to the people who visit Kanpur should consider this place for staying.

        Worst service”

        I never recommend agoda to book any hotel or other services bcoz there is no direct customer service.For any complaint there is only email and after 24-48 hrs you get response.

        Dnt just go there”

        The staff is totally not good. I have included breakfast in my booking but they denied saying we dnt have such facility. We can provide only 1 menu per person and too of their choice. When i asked take the order of my choice then He asked me mai ni de rha kuch b jo krna h wo krlo. How can he behave to a lady like this. This was totally not accepted.
