Bed wasn't much comfortable, walls were too much dirty, no television in the room, the air conditioner was making much noise and not working properly, no water coming in the bathroom. Bad experience.

Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt: Wir haben das Hotel am Abend gebucht und die Buchung wurde auch bestätigt und das Geld abgehoben. Als wir ankamen, sagte man uns, man dürfe Ausländer nicht beherbergen. Das war schon echt ein Knaller. Erstens: Das war über Agoda nicht ersichtlich. Zweitens: Wenn man Ausländer nicht aufnehmen darf, warum bestätigt man dann die Buchung?? Die waren nur auf unser Geld, das wir noch immer nicht wiederbekommen haben, aus. Das Personal war super unfreundlich und deren desinteressiertes Auftreten unterste Schublade. Der Manager machte mir dann das Angebot, meine Rückerstattungsanfrage per E-Mail abzulehnen, sodass ich das dann meiner Bank für die Rückerstattung schicken kann. Ratet mal, wer nie auf meine E-Mail geantwortet hat…. Absoluter Dreckverein, pfui!
