I called to OYO helplline, around 7 times ,staff are not responding. simply, they are disconting the call. Disappointed with the oyo service, my request not to book hotels in oyo platform. The hotel is very worst in service, no cleaniness.

Not recommended for stay, as they are changing additional money saying "Season Charge". What a nonsense. Booking confirmed from both Agoda.com and Hotel side knowing the date of stay, then how Season Charge come into picture? Highly dissatisfied, AVOID such kind of hotels.

Bad Experience ”
We have booked for 3 couple a/c rooms as we were travelling along with my friends with families. We faced very bad experience as the 3 out of 3 rooms doen't have A/c, not extra beds, noted extra bedsheets, no extra pillows available even we request on extra charges. Apart from that TV not working, fan doesn't have regulator to control speed, towels given were in very bad condition and the staff are very rude with all the customers. Overrall it was night mare for us.

I got a room whose doors are broken, No TV, Fans were operating at full speed, you cant make it slow. Washroom have connectivity to beside room's washroom with open ventilation, All your voices will go there and come here. No Intercom , No breakfast. Nothing was there. We also got stained comforter. Not at all worth for money.

we had booked rooms with breakfast.. but they did not provide breakfast…rooms and bathrooms are not clean. Nothing will be provided like soap, toothpaste etc. windows were broken..
