    As a customer looking for this hotel to book plz don't waste your money.. no service provided from this hotel. Water heater not available No proper response from the receptionist and management. No breakfast provided as we had free breakfast. Not value for money

    They have not provided room though my booking was prepaid”

    It was worst experience with Agoda and this hotel. I have booked room in this hotel 15 days in advance and payment also did at the same time. When I reached hotel with my father they told my booking is not there and no room is available. I called website for this situation they confirmed my booking is there for deluxe room. For checking with hotel, customer care put my call on hold for more than half an hour and not provided resolution. I got frustrated and moved to another hotel as my father is very old and having medical condition. I sent mail to cancel my booking as no room provided but not received refund yet even after 2 days. I never recommend to book this hotel and let's see about my refund from agora website.
