I reached the hotel after 5 pm. This hotel under OYO management. Lobby located at 1st floor. Unclean with dimmed light. The guy at the reception said the air conditioner at their hotel broke down. I can stay if I want or I can call OYO to settle the problem myself. He won't help. I'm on my own. I tried calling OYO through the number in the booking statement but to no avail. I can't get the refund. In the end I have to book another hotel for my stay. Please stay away from this hotel. The hotel name is Lucky Hotel but I'm the one who are unlucky.

I'm very disappointed for their service.no smile at all from beginning until end.the room not to comfortable since the remote control is not provided.in toilet not have mirror.i think with same price i can get more better from this one.the guy who take care of hotel was not friendly at all and the last part is no saying "thank you" at customer.so please consider it first before you choose for this one. this hotel lock main door at loby with padlock. not able enter or exit hotel unless call ower and need wait.. now end 2021 can suggest this hotel use access door system for main enterance. washroom small and water heater not function.

Small room, small bathroom (not suitable for big person), TV didn't work, water supply very low pressure and water heater not functioning. Condition very bad with no mirror and towel smell are bad after one time wearing.
