Each room is well crafted and represent 24 different states of India. Food is really good and staff is humble and polite. Loved my stay at Varanasi.

The Hotel Manager (Vikas was his name if i am not wrong) was very helpful. He also guided us for various things like boat charges, auto fares, best food joints etc. Very helpful. Highly recommended for all travellers. Hotel is beautifully mainitained and the best part is the names given to the rooms.

Excellent Location, Crowded Surroundings”
The location is just fab, overlooking river Ganges, exactly on Assi Ghat. Facilities, food and staff are good. Yet, two jarring things stand out - there is no parking for the hotel guests. You have to park in municipal parking - paying anything between Rs 400 to 800 for 24 hours depending upon your negotiation skills with the parking attendant. The second sore spot is the crowd coming to Assi Ghat - one of the finest ghats in Varanasi. This often results in traffic chaos and traffic jam for hours. There is every possibility of a car been scarred by another vehicle or a a rickshaw and a person missing his appointment or a flight because of the traffic snarls.

Decent, clean hotel, very helpful staff”
Located right in front of Assi Ghat, one can go and see the daily Ganga Aarti at sunrise. You can get auto rickshaws to travel around the city right at the doorstep, or a boat ride from the ghat. The staff was extremely helpful, went above and beyond to accomodate us in ever way. One of our party was unwell, and they helped us with extending the room moving other reservations. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, sweetest owner and sweetest staff we do recommend this hotel in all seasons as the rooftop restaurant is beautiful in summer overlooking Ganga and in winter the very nicely decorated rooms have heaters and hot water. But above all Chandan, Adaarsh, Amit and the housekeeping boys made our stay by being so sweet prompt and courteous... till finding slippers and a syrup measuring cup for us! We are blessed!!!! Hotel being a heratiage property is located on the first floor so elderly people who find it difficult to climb up should avoid the rooms are clean and nice only in the shower area there is no soap tray or place to keep your shampoo the staff are very friendly and helpful the food is fantastic but last meal order is at ten pm

We are a group of 9 travelers staying at this hotel for 1 night. I wish I could stay longer! The hotel is on the Ganges, 100m from Assi Ghat where you can watch the ceremony at sunrise, and where you can embark on a motored boat and take a boat ride along the legendary Ganges. The hotel is gracefully designed, with a rooftop restaurant where you can have dinner with friends at reasonable price and good food. The front desk is very helpful with lots of advice of places to visit in Varanasi. They even helped me with the web check-in of my next flight and print out the boarding passes for the whole group. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Location Excellent yet crowded”
Assi Ghat is one of the cleanest and best ghats in Varanasi and this is the only hotel overlooking the ghat. There are couple of rooms facing the ghat and the morning view is breath-taking from there - with Sun rising from the other side of the river. Location excellent, food excellent cleanliness is very good and the staff is polite and cooperative as well. Yet there are couple of jarring notes about this hotel which I must mention. First, there is no lift in this six story hotel - restaurant being on fourth floor for which one has to climb three flight of stairs, if somebody is staying on the lower floor. There is no hotel parking. You have to park in the municipal parking just across the hotel but the attendant charges you anything between Rs 400 to Rs 800 for 24 hours, depending upon your negotiation skills and his mood. The area is too crowded especially during the weekends. So, there is every possibility of your vehicle being caught in a traffic jam. No pool & no sauna.

Good location with delicious food”
Location was very good, food both breakfast and lunch/dinner was very tasty. Staff were very well mannered. We had room 201 and 302. 201 was a good room with a small balcony facing the ganga but ganga is not visible properly as its a lower floor that has a parking area and road in front. 302 was at the top with a terrace facing ganga with mesmerising views. But the room itself was very small without even a mirror and wardrobe in it. Also the bathroom was leaky and had a spider. All the bathrooms in this hotel doesn’t have commode spray attached beside toilet which is quite inconvenient.
