Excellent location with easy on-site parking”
This is our 4th visit to Hotel Palafox and we have already recommended it to our friends. After a long journey the car is valet parked which allows you more time to settle in and head into the centre of Zaragoza which is just a few minutes stroll away. the staff are welcoming and the rooms large and well equipped.

Awful staffs”
After taking a flight for 12 hours & driving for another 4 hours from Barcelona to Zaragoza, you would expect some common courtesy from the front desk staffs. Instead, I got somebody who was in her own mood then claiming you booked the wrong occupants (I booked for 2-person room from Agoda), yet the staffs claimed only 1-person in their "system" Way overrated hotel. Better stay away from this hotel if you have a choice.

Hotel close to shopping”
We arrived by car and no one met us at the entrance to take care of the luggage and the car, which is not good for a five star hotel. Overall, the reception was very listless, bored and not service minded. The hotel room was quite boring but clean. The poolarea on the roof was quite and nice. The breakfast was ok but not great as you would expect of a five star hotel. However, it was very cool to sit and eat breakfast when they had the air conditioning on at full speed. During my travels in five star hotels around the world, I have never known that they want to be paid for late checkout. We're talking about a single hour. Because of poor service, we will not recommend this hotel.

Great location with great service ”
palafox indeed having good benefit with location in city centre , just about 15 minutes to zaragoza main train / bus station . the room is not so big , even it is old but still good maintain . service of the staff is excellent , breakfast was lot of variety , even if we go out in the morning , they could serve the breakfast package . the only problem we have was , in the morning it takes more than 10 minutes of the water to be warm / hot .

we arrive there by car, it is easy to find. the hotel has good amenities and the staff is very friendly. the rooms are quite spacious and the bathrooms are very nice and well equipped.

Perfect”
We loved this hotel stay, it was our favorite of four different Spain locations. The staff was really friendly and accomplished with the English language. The location was a perfect walk from everywhere. We felt safe everywhere we went. The room was great, as were the pillows. And the breakfast was wonderful. They actually delivered everything they promised! Thank you.

Great hotel, friendly service”
I usually say a good sign of a hotel is how you are greeted by the staff. On our arrival, we were briefed of the hotel facilities, and also of the eating places and places of interest which we must see whilst in Zaragoza. The room was a good size with lounge chair and table, the bathroom was a good size and it has a great shower. On our leaving the staff wished us a good trip and thanked us for our visit.

Es ist ein sehr vornehmes ruhiges Hotel. Das Personal ist immer zuvorkommend und sprechen Englisch. Die zimmer haben eine gute Größe, mit einer kleinen Sitzecke mit Stehlampe. Gegenüber des Bettes hängt ein sehr großer LCD-Fernseher mit Radio.Die Betten haben eine sehr gute Liegequalität. Das Badezimmer ist groß und mit einem Schminkspiegel ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit wird in diesem Hotel ganz groß geschrieben

Prisvärt hotell i centrum.”
Enligt lokalbefolkningen ska det här vara det bästa hotellet i Zaragoza. Gångavstånd till historiska sevärdheter, shopping och massor med restauranger och caféer. Mycket tillmötesgående personal och stor frukostbuffé. Allt var toppen, förutom att det var knepigt att hitta med bil, mycket enkelriktade gator och dåligt skyltat. Saknade vattenkokare eller kaffebryggare på rummet. Tråkigt med bara en nyhetskanal på engelska, alla filmkanaler var dubbade till spanska.
