it's really not a big hotel. but you can see the vintage decoration everywhere. The staff was really helpful, and room is adequate, couldn't ask for more.

Great Place in central Zaragoza!”
On entering the hotel you are struck by the biggest "chandelier to room"balance..... love it! and it's not the only one there. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We parked in the car park almost across the road..... very handy ! The room was quite large enough and the bathroom new and spacious. It was a delight to have a kettle and a fridge ! BONUS ! Being close to the market was also a great plus and for the other items an Alcampo supermarket is a 2 min walk away. Location is sensational and really cannot be bettered. Highly recommended !! and breakfast at 4 euro is also a great plus !

It was worth to stay there. The room on the fifth floor has terrace with nice view for Basilica de Nuestra Senora del Pilar and other buildings, but there is not too much space inside to move. Breakfast is cheap and good enough to order it. Staff was nice.

Rooms were old and stuffy. Breakfast has decent spread but there's no replenishment of milk even when with many guests there. Location is near many attractions. Has a car park across the hotel. Decor in some rooms was dark, my kids didn't like it.

Area is full of scary looking people and known for drugs area. Bathroom gets flooded when showering.

Interesting parking feature”
Came into Zaragossa from a different direction to the location finding directions; town was much larger than we thought! Luckily we found a helpful taxi driver who had us follow him to the hotel area & we were then able to follow the directions given. Hotel is on a mainly pedestrianised street and the narrow street & old buildings were very attractive. Eventually parked in the hotel garage, which was accessed by a lift, & it was a 2 minute walk to the hotel. The room was on the 5th floor and we had our own private patio. Room was well furnished and very quiet. Good viewes from the patio of the surrounding area. Excellent towels & linen. Lots of restaurants but book if possible when first looking as even on a Wednesday evening the restaurant that we wanted to eat at was fully booked! We eventually chose an outside restaurant in the shopping area called The Rendezvous and had the set menu at Euro 26 per head (3 courses inclusive of wine). You could easily have shared 1 portion as the amounts served were large! Summing up we liked Zaragossa and the hotel met all our needs.

The hotel was exceptionally clean abd the stafff could not have been helpful The breakfast was somewhart basic, and it could have benefitted from more choices of types of food, The parking was difficult because the htel is located on an rsstored passageway and there is no immediate access to the parking of private cars.

No record of booking !”
The hotel claimed to have no record of my booking and tried to put me in an annex down the road. I refused to accept this and said I would make an official complaint - miracle, they found me a room in the hotel ! Location is poor, in a noisy and dirty back street.

Horror”
Nos alojaron en la hab 105 la unica de la planta que no se abria con tarjeta sino con una llave, la habitación no tenia nada que ver con las fotos, tenia una nevera que ni abria por que daba con la cama, el armario no tenia puerta, la tv estaba metida escondida entre la cortina y el armario y aunque la ventana daba a un patio interior, no tenia luz natural ni a las 12 de la mañana. No recomendaria este hotel
