We really astonished of the room that they gave to us! It is really unexpected. I was able to cook inside the room and relax freely but the most favorite features they offered was the speaker inside the bathroom. So relaxing! Will definitely go back here. I should known this place from the start.

The only thing I didn't like is the pool bar (inside the pool itself) .. and guests drink alcohol in front of the kids while they are swimming . Kids kept wondering about it.

A pleasant stay ”
We travelled as a family of 4 ppl with one kid and had a great stay in a family suite (the one with connected rooms). The staff are caring and helpful at all times. The breakfast buffet spread is worth mentioning for the vegetarian options. I would definitely love to come back to rotana again.

Had fun time for kids in the pool. ”
Was bit crowded in the reception and took time for allocating rooms. We were at the reception at 3:30 and only one room (out of 3) was available at that time and the other 2 was given at 5:30. May be because of the eid vacation timing but hotel management would have done something as they also anticipate this.

Overall facility is nice but had problem(s) with staff (1) called them to ask about room capacities and booked based on their advice, while check in they didn't comply with what they promised (2) they offered apartment in 2nd building which 4 stars stars while my booking in the 5 stars facility (3) apartment is nice but bedrooms very small (4) had to ask for blankets and pillows (many times), yet didn't receive what I asked (5) while check out they still got confused about our bill and payment

Most Warm and Welcoming Hotel Staff in Abu Dhabi”
Me and my family and recommended some of my friends have had the opportunity to experience the warmth and hospitable emmployees at any Rotana hotels we've visited frequently and I could honetly say that in Abu Dhabi, Park Rotana is our go-to hotel and while in Dubai, The Towers Rotana tops my list to consider while checking-in. Aside from the cleanliness of the facilities, quality of the food and services offered, the employees' treat you like a family everytime we come back and even addressyou by name as if they have memorized their frequent guests and cater to every single need and ask you every single minute if you needed something or how your stay has been so far. Victoria, Gulnaz, Alessa, Jen and Mary Ann had been so kind and took care of us at the Club Lounge like what they normally do everytime we visit. We wil surely keep on coming back and I hope to spend other special occasions in the future at Rotana as my husband's birthday is coming up. Keep up the impressive work! 💞💕💓

Comfortable hotel, professional staff, good food”
I really liked the stay here. It was only a short one nighter, en route to the airport. However, the performance of the staff, the restaurant and the general condition left a very positive impression. The staff were friendly and courteous, and even waived some minor charges at the end (thank you). The hotel was like new, and had massive lobbies, corridors and a room in good condition. Also, the buffet meal I had in the restaurant for dinner for an excellent dining experience with great dinner food and deserts. I really liked the swimming pool too, especially as I was travelling with my young daughter. The hotel offers shuttle buses to different places. We took one to the 'beach' but it wasn't quite as we thought, as it was a fishing beach and not a swimming beach. This was one thing I think the hotel could have made clearer. The location was also not the best if you are wanting to be in the heart of an area of things to do. There was not much on the doorstep. However, as said, for us, it was superb - there was actually some sort of 'mini theme park' nearby, thought we didn't get to go inside. Also the hotel freely lends out bicycles at the front, which was a fantastic touch. All in al, I have been to many hotels in Abu Dhabi now, and this one rates highly, especially within the price range.
