Pros: The AC in the allotted room was not working and they were not able to fix the issue as well, but they allowed us to switch to a different room (deluxe room) and it helped. The staff was very friendly. Location is really very good. Cons: The rooms were very small and you can also find some small cockroaches roaming around your bed or table.

Positives: 1) Close proximity to US embassy, expresso mall etc. 2) Staff response is good 3) Room and bath room is clean Negatives: 1) Bedsheets are not cleaned properly, kind of smelling 2) Main door boult was broken 3) Breakfast is pathetic. Just idli and pongal (cold). They bring from outside, not up to the mark Verdict: It is ok for bachelors not for family. Rooms are compact and area is busy.

Hotel is a budget hotel with no fooding facility. Very small rooms. Staffs are good, Location is good for Apollo patient. But not be all recommend for business travellers.
