Booked for three nights after paying full amount. However, when landed in Kumbhalgarh, they informed us that for 2 days, they have transferred our booking to Ramada, as they have taken booking of Microsoft for entire resort on those days. I was shocked as I had never seen such type of unprofessional behaviour anywhere in any good hotel. Although, they had tried to com...
Ramada Resort in Kumbhalgarh is everything you except. Facilities are world class and staff is friendly. Only con is approach road which is pretty bad. Another slight problem is its restaurant is bit small to accommodate all guests at peak morning hour. That said, staff is helpful and ensured no trouble for guests.
For the amount we pay even bfast is not part of the package. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Need to do a lot more for the money we pay.
Kumbha Bagh Hotel is an excellent hotel with an awesome view. The wildlife jeep safari is quite close by and so is the palace. Nathdwara is also fairly nearby. The staff is courteous and very help. Food is delicious. We had been to Kumbha bagh in 2nd week of December, so it was quite chilling, the staff had arranged for a good bonfire.

Property lacks on finer details of planning and architecture. Nice staff willing to help. But that becomes secondary when the product disappoints or is not value for money.
Good place to spend time with family. But should update the facilities of the game zone. Everything is broken there.
We had booked tents and were 3 families - 4 young children; one tent for each. The staff and facilities are too good. Food was nice. Breakfast was nice too but with it had limited options. Kids enjoyed the property a lot along with us.
